Hi... I'm in England and when you go to order Cialis online from a pharmacist it asks you do you have low blood pressure and do you have peyronies. As if having peyronies is a reason not to sell you the drug. What is the thinking behind this anyone?

I have been told I don't have peyronies but I have got quite a bit of scar tissue from a fracture. (The scar tissue never calcified.)Then unfortunately I suffered a priapism due to a side effect from antidepressants. I get a dull pain when flaccid. Just feels sore. Almost like toothpaste on a wound that sort of slight stinging sensation. I really think I have some fibrosis in my right chamber. Started with the fracture then made worse by the priapism. I think this is what gives me this pain. I read on this journal or whatever it is that inhibitors (PDE5i) (tadalafil) has an anti-fibrotic agent to it which can break down the collagen. When fibrosis happens it destroys the smooth cells which causes ED. It also says studies on ageing rats (poor rats)... suggested that administering sildenafil (PDE5i) leads to a significant increase in the ratio of smooth muscle cells to collagen.  This is the mini journal, it doesn't take long to read...

Wondering if any Einstein's out there might be able to pick through it and make more sense than I can. It mentions the combination of a PDE5i with nitric oxide synthase can be used as an active strategy to alleviate the fibrotic plaques. What the hell is nitric oxide synthase? Wondering if the more astute ones among us have a better understanding?

Really appreciated any feed back.

I think I need to exercise and keep myself better hydrated and get the blood pumping more in general. Just sick of living with this pain.

Penile fracture 2018 - Not a lot of problems
A year later priapism due to prescription drugs. The priapism exacerbated the original fracture site/scar. Now I've got a constant dull pain when flaccid
