Magnesium is absolutely critical for preventing fibrosis, so yes, makes sense. If there is anything worth taking IMO, it's vitamin D, K2, and magnesium, as a baseline if you're not getting it from the diet / sun. Magnesium with DMSO would be interesting to try.

Before peyronies I used to take vit d supplement as it's very good for health, but since the onset I am very afraid of taking it as I know vit d helps calcium absorption, so I'm worried if it can lead to get the plaque calcified.

I have a very low knowledge in this matter, maybe someone can give some useful information to clarify the mechanism, recommend dosage...so all those worries about the relationship between vit d and calcium can be dismissed.

Magnesium and vitamin D are essential to our bodies functioning. My vitamin D levels were tanked and the Dr put me on 10,000 units a day plus some time spent in the sun. After about 1 month everything was improving for me, energy, libido etc.....

10.000 iu was the dosage I used to take for long time with any issue. But as I said I stopped because of the fear of worsen the calcium in the plaque.

Do you take vit k?

I'd like to re-start taking vit d but I'ma bit worried about the dosage and if it's recommended to also take vit k.
