Hey everyone. When I first got peyronies I joined this forum. I tried tons of supplements and penile stretchers. Like andro penis and Phallosan. They all hurt, impossible to wear in sleep. Quite revealing under pants. It wasn't practical. It's seriously inhibited my sex life. I have slight curvature to the left. Not really embarrassed by it. Most women think it's normal. I got on cialis from river pharmacy and that's all I've used ever since. Maybe two years now, I've been having a more difficult time preventing Ed. I used to use 10mg cialis daily, but now use 20mg whenever I might have sex. I get hard, but it won't stay up long. So I started using a cock ring. That worked for awhile, but I can't maintain an erection with that either. I used to wear rubber bands while sleeping with my ex to just have a good time. Heard horror stories about xiaflex and could never afford it anyways. I'm at a loss for words on what to do. I'm not even 30 yet. I'm ready to start taking this seriously again. I want my life back. Anybody got helpful tips ? I don't care about the curvature anymore, I just want to maintain an erection for sex.

If you have tried supplements like viagra and other drugs and even a cock ring and are still unable to mantain an erection, go to a urologist and insist on an erect dopler to determine blood flow and chance of venous leak. If physical abnormality is detected, you might consider injections (which tbh will only buy you a few years with chance of peyronies) or a penile implant.

Why did you wear rubber bands to sleep? This seems more of an erectile dysfunction issue then Peyronie's. You say the curve doesn't even bother you and you have been having sex with it for the last 7 years

Idk about penile implants man. That's a decision for life, but I'm stuck with this for life too. What's it like ? Will I lose size ? Anybody hear of someone regret getting it ? Do you technically last forever in bed since it's mechanical ?

So.... If I do have a leak, those are my only options left ? Damn.

@Kobe

I'd wear rubber bands in-addition to a cock ring to stay hard. Sleep as in doing the deed.

Got it. If you have already been using cialis daily and also having to use cock rings to get an erection the only next step is injections. Definitely go see a urologist.

This definitely sounds more like an Erectile Dysfunction issue than a Peyronie's Disease issue. Certainly Peyronies Disease can cause Erectile Dysfunction, but since you are younger and the bend is so slight (less than 10 degrees), it's hard to imagine that the Peyronie's plaque itself should cause you that level of erection problems.

Your next step definitely is to figure out the cause of your Erectile Dysfunction issues. Getting to a Peyronies Disease+Erectile Dysfunction specialist would be a great start. They should do a Doppler ultrasound, check testosterone levels, etc.

Appreciate the support fellas. I always assumed it was peyronies, cuz I was straight as an arrow before this happened to me. Then I got a slight bend. Nothing major. I was lucky in that front. But Ed has been plaguing me ever since. It's only getting worse as the years go by. I didn't have health insurance for the longest time. Went through homelessness and what not for a few years. The world can be cruel. Everybody keep fighting the good fight. I'll check with that Uro soon. Just landed a job with benefits last week.

I was at work and couldn't modify. I don't have much details to share in signature anyhow. I've decided to recommit myself to Phallosan. Maybe I don't have peyronies at all. The whole ordeal was too much to handle emotionally when I was young. I've only seen a uro once, didn't go well.

@ Just about anyone.

I've found a cock ring called Xialla. https://xialla.com/ I ordered one and will let people know how it works. It looks awkward, but I'm desperate. I want my life back. Will daily traction prevent symptoms of ED even if you have a venous leak ?

If you truly have a venous leak (diagnosed via erect ultrasound), traction or any other therapy is very unlikely to reverse those symptoms.

Depending on the severity of the leak, the options are pills, injections, cock rings, and an implant.

But right now I'm assuming you are just guessing you have a venous leak? Let a doctor run an erect ultrasound first and please share the results on here.

Have you investigated the idea that your testosterone is out of whack? Have a Dr check your free testosterone levels. You might also be plagued with high estradiol levels also as this will cause ED.

@ Benray

I'm confused by that statement. Perhaps further elaboration will help. For instance, I have read on every traction website that these devices will promote cellular growth and improve your erection quality over time. I don't expect it to cure a condition like venous leak, but wouldn't it improve my erections even if just momentarily so long as I remain consistent with traction ? There's no benefit whatsoever ? I do not know if I have venous leak, but I believe it's a fair assumption since I've had Ed for 7 years now. I will be visiting a urologist soon for clarification sake. I am eligible for health insurance by the 17th of this month. That's when I'll schedule an appointment and post my findings. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the reply. I'll be sure to bring this up to my urologist when I get to see one.

That cockring (band) is way more hassle than I think is necessary.  The loop part is all you would need.  I have never had trouble keeping a loop or a ring in place but give it a try.

I tried one adjustable loop that I liked but the best I ever used was a horseshoe-shaped bendable metal ring (called liquid metal).  It had a straight adjustable bar that went across both ends of the horseshoe.

The site catered mostly to gay clientele but the cockring was the best.
