I was watching a couple videos and read some message boards and hear that peyronies can cause reddish rings that wrap around the penis, And even small indents/spaces that aren’t filled in the erect state.  It Also leaves the flaccid penis cold numb turtled and shriveled. Lack of libido and weak erections as well. Urologists ruled out anything serious and said “all in the head”…. Is this hf and is it related at all to peyronies?

Peyronies Disease does nothing to cause lack of libido anymore than getting your nose cut off.  It might affect you psychologically but that is up to you.

In my 16 years here I never heard of Peyronies Disease causing red rings.  You are picking up some suspect information somewhere.
