Girth after penile implant

While I hear that implants come in size variations like 22cm vs 24 cm etc.... I do not hear between girth variations. Does the implant itself not come with girth variations and does it just expand as much your natural penis allows, because if all cylinders can expand the same amount, why do different people have different girth ? Can you be thicker than your natural penis after an implant like titan ?

Regardless of the girth potential of an implant in a lab, your penis limits that girth, so your statement is pretty close to true.  A Titan has more girth capacity than needed for ANY normal man.  It is limited by your tunica.  AMS/Boston Scientific has enough girth for most average and slightly above average men.  It does have a mesh sleeve that limits girth expansion.  If you are 5 1/2" girth, either implant should expand you to your natural capacity.  If you are a 6 1/2" girth, you better have a Titan.

It is possible to be slightly thicker (1/8 "- 1/4")  than your natural girth.

Basically, what I'm getting to is that how likely is the titan or ams to return girth lost to peyronies through repeated cycling alone and bring back to the girth I was born with ?

honestly if you are getting an implant might as well get some tunical procedure for girth expansion at the same time

TakeSix, You say that like it is throwing a minor option on a new car purchase.  Such procedures triple recovery time.  They also increase the risk of infection which is a huge setback.  Additionally, there is little in the way of real-world reports that the gains are significantly more than patients get with the implant alone.

Having had both a titan and ams 700. My girth over time came back to my pre ed girth with both. No more. No less.

The titan has given me a bigger girth at the base of my penis. In the middle and towards the glans it's returned to pre-peyronies size, but the bottom is thicker—I don't have any pre or post measurements, but my wife agrees that it's more!

My penis got thinner because of my indentation on the left side of my penis, I wonder if the implant itself could restore my girth, or I will have to do an extra procedure like Excision/Incision of a graft or "scratching" like Dr Perito mentioned in one of his youtube videos.

I am pretty sure a Titan would restore your girth.  Very likely an AMS inflatable implant would as well.

In my case I losted a lot of girth because of my dent and hourglass, can the implant restore the girth pre-peroynes?, or I will have to do Excision and Grafting?

It depends on how much you lost. A Titan probably will restore some of the girth, but it will take some time. Be patient and cycle.
I can say I'm seeing improvements in this department.

An implant can restore girth.  I am of the opinion that Dr. Eid does ZERO grafting.  Some doctors do grafting and an implant.  Dr. Eid maintains that with a properly installed implant grafting is almost never needed.  He has corrected curves of over 180 degrees with no grafting.

Dr. Eid does sometimes make relief incisions in plaque during implant surgery.  I had hourglass deformity although technically it was not on both sides so it was not classic hourglass deformity.  It was a significant scoop from the underside of the left side of my penis near the base.  From the moment I got the implant, the dent was gone.  

The length I got back took months to MAX out and never made it to pre-Peyronies size but I did gain 1/2 " length from my best pre-op length.

@Hawk - I assume relief incisions would require degloving and circumcision (if needed). Are these incisions minor enough so as to not affect the recovery much? I am assuming degloving also is not a major trauma to the penis.

They almost NEVER require degloving or circumcision, especially if they are made in the base of the mid-shaft of the penis.  I had relief incisions in the base of my penis and I had a 1' of less incision in my scrotum that can not be found even with a magnifying glass.

I was cycling in 3-4 days and had intercourse in 21 days.

From what I understand,
Titan Coloplast upto 18cm has less girth potential than Titan Coloplast 20cm and above
