Hi Everyone,

I had trauma from verapamil injections about two months ago and my penis has loss of elasticity, size, pain and indentations. I've been wanting to start traction but I'm making myself wait a whole three months to not reinjure myself. I have some questions if any experienced traction users could answer them:

1) Should I let myself heal up for longer? (I'm not sure because its trauma from injection, I'm worried about starting traction too soon)
2) Do you use heat before traction? If so how long?
3) Do you use heat after traction also? If so how long?

Thanks

I think you are doing yourself a disservice by not starting traction ASAP. You have waited long enough and if done correctly it will only help you. I do not use heat before or after traction.

How bad is the trauma? How do you know, when the trauma is healed up?
It's difficult to give you a "Go!" for PTT, because it's not the same case like starting with traction after appeared curvature or something like that.

1) I would speak with an urologist.
2) Nope
3) Nope

I start with traction and after 30mins I increase tension, because my penis gets more elastic on it's own. In the evening a warm shower and skin caring oil on my penis and finish.
