Best traction device for slight curvature plus plaque at very base?

Hello all,

After watching and reading reviews on different devices, I'm still a bit unsure as to which one to pick for my condition. I have a 20° curve to the left, from a plaque about halfway up the left side. However I believe there is another one forming at the base on the bottom left side. When I say base, I mean that in the flaccid state I have to go hunting for it, as it's kind of down past wear the scrotum meets the penis. Can traction target this area? I keep trying with very gentle manual traction to see if I can feel it stretching, but I'm not sure it is. For the record I'm considering the PMP, as I can't see the RestoreX bending style helping with this.

Hey man,

the Penimaster Pro has convinced me, because low tension over a longer period of time seems better to me than much tension with counterbending and only 30 mins. My main plaque is located near the glans, so Restorex was no option to me.
The key to see good results with PTT is patience and continuity. After ~6 weeks and ~6 hours of daily traction (with breaks after every 2-3 hours) I saw first improvements.
The stretch, doesn't matter where the plaque is located, is low, but effective. With a traction device you can apply nearly the same tension over longer period of time.

I have used the PMP for about 7 months now with over 750 hours and it has halted any further regression/shortening. I have almost gained back my lost length and girth. My curve is taking a little longer, but in the beginning it did improve it about 10 * better.

This is great to hear, thanks guys! Also Mike, I saw your post on my intro post, and I want to say thank you, I'm doing so here because it's getting close to the post limit.  Nolte, my fear is that since it's so far down, the stretch may be limited by where the shaft comes into the pelvis area. I'm still going to be using traction as I can feel pain near my old plaque, and I think that's where new curvature is originating. I don't think much curvature is napping at the base plaque, but weirdly I can't angle my erect penis away from my body very much anymore? Like in the direction of the plague. It seems like it should be being pulled in that direction.

I can't imagine, how your "problem" looks like, but traction with the rod system of the PMP stretches every plaque of your penis. You don't need to pull your penis in a special direction like with Restorex.

That is good to know, and yes I did a poor job explaining it. Here is a diagram. The new plaque is where the arrow is pointing.

Ok, now I know, where it is  :)

In my opinion, traction could work, too.

Nolte94, I am wondering why the studies show restoreX to be more effective than PMP ? And could you provide me with some PMP research studies published showcasing the improvement? Not that I'm contending,  just trying to better understand if less traction over longer duration is indeed better than more traction for much shorter duration  ???

1. My own experiences with the Penimaster Pro are good, that's why I can personally recommend this device.
2. Studies, I've read, showed better improvements with the PMP and long durations. For example:
Restorex: ~31mins per day -> 18-20% reduction
PMP: <4h per day -> 28,8% reduction
PMP: >6h per day -> 51,4% reduction

I prefer to reduce the curvature as much as possible and I understand, many men have difficulties to wear devices like the PMP that many hours, but in my case, it worked.
I just share my personally experiences, because many men hurt themselves with too much traction and if anyone doesn't believe me, it's okay. We need more studies with around 100 men or more to be sure, what really help.

In the traction board look in the traction studies section and you can read up. --->https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30365247/ . There is one.
