VED protocol, Not sure I get it

Hi there,

I read this forum's protocols for VED as I just bought the SOMACorrect device for my hourglass symptoms.

I dont understand what to make of the 10 daily cycles and the 3 steps for progressive erection (20 then 30 then 50%). Does that mean that you have to do 10 cycles at 20%, then 10 cycles at 30% and then 10 at 50%?

^Just for reference for everyone else, here is the VED protocol addressed by inblue.

Inblue:  Yes that is one variation of it.  If you keep scrolling down you'll see 20,30,50 gets translated to --> low erection, slightly bigger erection, and even bigger erection.  The point is really to ease into pumping. If you can pump to a full "100%" erection safely, that is what the device is made for.  However, please ease into it. Everyone's body is different, but the point is to get new oxygenated blood into your penis and have the cylinder aide in straightening your erection.

FYI: The first few times I used the VED I didn't even pump to a full erection ( I actually couldn't ).  After a few days/tries I was able to start pumping up. It is just a guideline, not a proven science, but lots of people use old man's protocol.  He suggests 10 cycles at a full erection.  You will be able to get there soon.

I found that 10-15 cycles (pumping to some type of erection) helps tremendously. You will find your own rhythm as you do it more. The biggest point is not to over pump right away; pump up just a little big for the first few minutes to get blood into your penis.
