Where should I measure my angle?

I found an online protractor. Attaching two pics.

Should I measure with my shaft in the center or set the protractor on top and measure there?

The way you have it on the first picture is correct! Your curvature is around 45 degrees
26 years old. 20 degree upward curve with slight clockwise twist. Symptoms onset Dec 20.
Dr. Levine says it's not Peyronie's Disease but a slow healing wound. Saw him Mar 21 and May 21.
Traction (PMP) and supplements per Dr. Levine's recommendation.
