the cause of my peyronies i believe is too much skin removed during circumcision (plus the 'Dr' stitched a rotation of the corona/glans) - as a result i cant seem to get beyond 2nd bend setting on restorex - just too painful as so little skin - so i am wondering if i should even bother with the counter-bend? Just do it straight for 30 mins rather than split 15 and 15 mins? your comments much appreciated.
Those use Penismaster - can you do counter bend?
57 yrs old. developed Peyronies Disease Nov 2020 following botched (excessive skin removed and rotation of glands) circumcision in 2016, penis now also shorter, thinner (beyond the bend), twisted and bent upwards around 45 degrees. going to try restorex

Straighten up flyright

Hi Snash

Ive just started using restoreX as well (Im only a couple of weeks in) I find that some days I can get to 3rd position and other times, like you its really uncomfortable. When I cant get to 3rd I'll normally apply tension in 2nd position and then try and move to 3rd after 5 mins or so. I think that trying to counter bend is important to try and get improvements

Good luck

Age: 45

Hi, If the plaque is on the top (dorsal) side, then you could use the optional weight kit available for use with the Penimaster to get the counterbend. You will need to support the penis at the plaque location so that the counterbend is in the right spot. You can do this with your hand or if the plaque is near the base, the elastic at the top of underwear might just line up right. For me, about 1/2 kilo (500 g) is the right (light) weight for this and it's working. I also had/have the lack of foreskin problem and am working on expanding/restoring it for this reason. There is lots of information on the internet about that topic, but I am using a manual stretching (tugging) method and making some progress with that also.

I have had the PMP for about 1 year now and could you explain this "optional weight kit" please?  There is no such item inside of the kit.

Also Wayne222 it seems that this is your first post.  Could you please take a minute to fill out your signature line? It's hard to remember your case details out of 20,000 members. You can find instructions

also you should read the survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you a wealth of information regarding peyronies.

Sure. The optional weight kit is called the Penimaster Pro Pulling Force Generator. It is available on the Penimaster Pro website as an "accessory" for $149 euros. It consists of 5 stainless steel weights which can be threaded together or used independently. The lowest weight is .25 kilos (250 grams) which is a little over one-half pound. By using different combinations of the weights (threading them together), one can achieve various pulling forces between .25 kilos and 1.25 kilos (1250 grams) which is about 2.75 pounds. The "top" weight has a metal hanger that clips into the outside end of the Penimaster glans chamber. There is a small plastic retaining clip that is used to keep the hanger on the glans chamber. The kit comes with a "safety belt" that goes over the shoulder - however, after using the weights for about a month I realized that the safety belt's only function was to keep the weight from hitting your toes if the glans chamber were to slip off the penis. I have had good luck with the glans chamber staying tightly affixed, so I cut the safety belt off completely which makes the set-up much easier to use. I had started with the Restorex but found that the "holding" set up was squishing the head of the penis too much. However, the counter-bending offered by the Restorex felt like it was really going to be beneficial, so I set out looking for another solution. I tried the Penimaster with the rods and made some progress with that, but there was no counter-bending, so I transitioned to the current (weight based) system.

Thanks for the suggestion on doing the profile. I will do that at some point. I have been planning to write a long post setting forth what has (and hasn't) worked for me. In the meantime, the short version is that I am a 58,year old Caucasian male. Peyronies started for me in the beginning of 2019 and worsened (despite a number of treatments such as Pentox and many supplements) for over two years. I went from a 6.375 inch straight (circumcised) penis with no erection difficulties to a 4.5 inch, 60 degree (dorsal) bend penis. Erections were essentially impossible. I had pretty much given up on ever having sex again since nothing had worked, but kept trying different things. At the beginning of 2021, I started with a new urologist in the Philadelphia area that has given good advice (traction and Cialis in particular). I had previously been reluctant to try Cialis because I had never had a "problem" but by the beginning of 2021, I was essentially without function, so I started the Cialis and started experimenting with different traction methods (Restorex, Phallosan, Penimaster with rods, weights, etc.) I have made good progress this year. Penis is back to about 5.5 inches. Curve is down to the 40-45 degree range and I am able to get erections again. If you had told me three years ago that i would be happy with this I wouldn't have believed you, but it's substantial progress from where I was. My plan is to keep up the current plan and write a long post when I have recovered all that is possible for me. I continue to experiment with different supplements and methods, but don't want anyone else to go down any rabbit holes, so I only plan to report what I am confident has made a difference for me. When I saw the post on whether a counterbend was possible with the Penimaster, I felt uniquely qualified to address it, since I haven't heard of others doing what I am doing.
