I think, the PMP isn't a device for you, because you post so many problems you have with it. I wouldn't use it, if you injure yoursel with it. I don't have and never had any problems with the device.
26 years old, first symptoms since August 2020, 45° bend to the left, hinge effect and pain at the beginning
‐---
Daily Tadalafil
Traction with PMP
VED with one cylinder
Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Tensiologes, Coq10 and healthy food
----
Only 5-10° left 🥳

If you have an open wound then you need to heal before proceeding further. Are you sure that you need the split adapter?  This may be making things way to tight for your glans. Maybe you should explore other traction devices - Restorex possibly? I have also had no problems with the PMP other than just learning how to put it on and such.

I assume i need the split adapter because when i dont use it the air gets in the chamber when i lift the chamber to create tension and half of the vaccum is lost, if i create more vaccum then air might slip in still, and if it doesnt then i might lose blood supply to the glans, they become numb and itchy kind of, if i use less vaccum the glans slip out
This happens when i use the split adapter aswell although probably not as much and it depends on how stretched the sluice is(the more i use it the more stretched it becomes).

usually the glans slip out just a little bit with the split adapter and my glans are therefore being squeezed between the split adapter(im guessing that the glans constantly slipping from the edge to the middle causes the wound), and it can happen right when i apply tension in which case i readjust, or it can happen 20/30/40/50/60 minutes later
Btw the large split adapter doesnt fit.

I often try to find the spot when i do need the split adapter as the sluice stretches, so in the beginning(when using a new sluice)i dont use the split adapter.
Im starting to think maybe my timing is wrong and i should add the split adapter only when the sluice is very stretched.
But even with the split adapter, air slips in when i create tension
And i often require 2-3 attempts to make it work somehow untill either the glans slip out or my glans become numb(possibly from slipping out a little bit but im not sure.)

This is basically how traction is like for me, which is much better than it used to be thanks to a guide i read here of pmp tips by you mikel7 so thanks for that.

But still this struggle combined with urinating too frequently is very frustrating and time consuming

I have been thinking of getting another device but i recently experimented with using the belt below the knee and i find it creates a good stretch and relieves my discomfort more than using a rod or a belt around the hip,
Was wondering if i could do it with the phallosan forte but it seems like theres this circular part that would make it troublesome.
If theres a traction device with that option id be interested in knowing about it.

I have lots of free time to use traction so if il get restorex i prefer to use it in combination with straight traction if thats not dangerous.

As long as you start out gradual it should not be dangerous. If you find that the belt is working a little with the PMP then you should at least be doing that.

Firstly I would try to pump a bit more so that you penis is firmly held in the cup. I also have issues sometimes if I'm not deeply fitted in the cup.
second, you may try the smaller sluice if the one you are using is too large. I don't use the slip adapters aand would avoid it if possible.

First symptoms Jan 2021: pain and slight curve to the left below glans. Since then, fibrosis took over half the shaft. Lost 3.5cm in length and some girth

Incase anyone else is facing that problem aswell, i found a way to make the pmp slightly more comfortable for me, atleast thats how it feels so far.

I took a plaster and wrapped it around the top split adapter with the spongy part at the middle so its above the glans, that wasnt good enough so i put a 2nd layer.

Sounds interesting.  Could you please explain in more detail and possibly upload photos of it. Any mods to the device can help out all of us using it.

Sure,
The plasters are with the sticky and spongy part towards the split adapter so its basically glued to it, from the top aswell a little bit

Not sure why the pics are so big and not sure if its visible to you

That is a great mod for the split adapter! Thanks.  This can be helpful for anyone needing to alter the fit
for the PMP adapter.
