Is the use of a VED and/or PMP risky when you use bloodthinners?
When I do a job I see sometimes bruising spots on my hands wich disappear in a few days.

I would say the answer to that is yes.  Raw blood in tissue can cause scarring.  I think that is the major cause of adhesions from surgery.  It is also the reason you have to apply pressure for several minutes after a penile injection.

I would avoid bruising and Petechia at all costs.

what about this like cialis, serrapeptase, pentox? aren't these all blood thinners, that most people regularly use with traction/ved

Pentox is the only one of those that could be called a blood thinner but No one has ever been prescribed any of those as a primary blood thinner.  Also, a VED and traction have VERY little in common.  I never suggested there are issues with blood thinners and traction.

If you are on prescription or OTC blood thinners (of any kind including Garlic or vitamin E) and can use a VED with no bruising or Petechia, you are fine.  If not, then you are bleeding into tissue, and that must be avoided.
