My peyronies journey so far, young guy with denting onset 3 months

I'm a young guy whose had organic ED for a few years. Doctor say it was scar tissue/peyronies related but never had any peyronies symptoms aside from ED.

In march started experiencing severe pain in my penis especially when erect that progressed to a very noticeable dent in june.
Since the dent emerged pain has decreased significantly and now only appears when palpating the dented area.

I've been on cialis and pentox regularly for the past few years and this appeared despite those medications.

I am currently doing everything I can to stop the progression and godwilling reverse the denting occuring on the left side under my glans.
The dent is a few mm loss of girth when erect.

My current routine is:
daily:
3x pentox
cialis 5mg
ubiqinol 2x100mg
pycogenol 100mg
serrapeptase 12000SU
alcar 750mg
vitamin d+k2 and omega3

every third day:
ubreeze heat wrap 39-40 celsius for 30 minutes

Unfortunately I have a prominent dorsal vein that VED exacerbates so it is not an option for me.

I am constantly scouring online resources for more things that can possibly work but so far this is what I will try for a few months before observing the results.

I am also debating fasting however I am doing bodybuilding and conflicted whether I can sacrifice my gains to fight this.
I also run regularly at least once every few days.

Hi Anbil,

In case you haven't, please read:  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html
Can you also fill in a bit of information on your case in our profile tag line? This really helps

Looks like you're on a bunch of things, so give it some time. As far as fasting, the forum is split on it's effectiveness. I'm guessing working out is very important to your psyche, and with this issues your psyche is the most important "muscle" you need intact to fight.

Dent's can possibly get filled in with lots of erections, I had success with filling in dents with VED & PDE5.  What exactly is the problem with VED? Your dorsal vein gets too pumped up and feels uncomfortable in VED? Maybe try a bigger cylinder, which VED did you buy?

Hi Richard, I will fill out my bio.

I used several sizes of VED actually, It doesn't seem to be a size related thing. It just seems whenever I use it my dorsal vein becomes extremely prominent, sometimes 5 mm in diameter which is very disturbing to see. This remains after one single session for up to 2-3 weeks from what I've seen and only after abstaining from VED for a long time does it subside.

This can't be a good sign long term so I'm not sure how to proceed. I know VED can be crucial in my current stage however it doesn't seem to be an option.

Working out is important to be but my penis is an absolute priority. If fasting can reverse my denting then I would do it in a heart beat. I would sacrifice all my muscle to have my penis back to normal.

Hey Anbil,

Go slow with the VED then. It's good your vein is filling with blood, but you must be doing too much ( I had a similar problem for the first month or so of pumping).  Just go slow and feel blood filling into your penis but don't over do it.  You're a body builder--If your vein is engorged like that is usually from too good of a pump (pun intended). 2-3 weeks is too long, you're pumping too many times when you're inside the cylinder.

Do you have to pump up like crazy to get an erection with the VED? How are your erections right now with all the supplements? Are you doing any cardio?

Try to get as much blood pumping through your body as possible.  If you're weight lifting is sedentary, change it up to more full body explosive workouts that will increase your heart rate for longer periods.  You need to get blood flowing (which is part of what a VED does).

You can search for posts regarding fasting to get more information on it.  There is a faction on here that swears by it.  If you can handle it, give it a shot.  That is what this forum is for, researching different techniques.  Please search for fasting and read those posts you will find out more information that way.

Update: Finally saw a urologist

Some new information, he was able to palpate a cord like scar on the left side of my shaft.

He told me cialis and pentoxy were useless and advised me to get off them, telling me colchicine is the only thing that *might* work.

I forgot to ask him for an ultrasound.

This doctor seems to contradict everything my previous urologist who was peyronies specialist said.

Due to this, I am planning on traveling 5 hours to see a specialist in another city.

Anbil, you forgot to ask him the most important thing. The ultrasound ! This would not only show the scar to some degree but would establish your baseline erectile parameters, like inflow and outflow.
26 year old
45-50 degree downward curve with an indentation on one side when erect.
Using RestoreX and Xiaflex injections
Taking coq10 with daily Cialis 5mg.

Yes I know. I think looking back his manual examination may have been a little inappropriate as it may have caused further damage.
I got the impression from him that he didn't care much about trying to treat this as he kept emphasizing there was no cure.

I will email his office regarding an ultrasound which should have been the first thing done honestly. If he declines then maybe I will have to find a new urologist, it sucks because I waited months to see this one. He doesn't seem to specialize in peyronies sadly.

You need to write down and make a list of questions for the new Dr.  Then you will have your train of thought in order and will have their diagnosis/opinion on your condition.

Update 9/17

Alot has happened in the past few months. A few new injuries from

traction: twisted my penis while suction cup traction was on high tension
ved: used a very hard and thick silicon sleeve that lead to pain in right base when pumped fully
heat: using heat for a long period lead to worsening of pain, heat does not seem to be helpful for me

These both happened months ago and the pain is ongoing. Not noticing any deformities but they are painful to touch when erect.
This suggests they are still inflamed and very slow to heal if healing at all.
Takeaways from this is to be really as gentle as possible.
The guides all say this but you never really internalize how fragile your tool is ESPECIALLY with Peyronies Disease until you damage it during a "treatment".

Supplement wise I have been using ubiquinol, serrapeptase, bee pollen, daily cialis pentoxy, colchicine.
Been a few months of it can't say there has been any effect at all from any of those except cialis improving my EQ ( i have Erectile Dysfunction).
Most supplements do not seem to have any effect.

I have also been using topical verapamil for around a month. Applying mostly outside of my foreskin with no effect. Going to try inside my foreskin to perhaps
allow for better penetration, however it is hard to get the foreskin to be still. Topical verapamil sadly seems to not be effective at all.

I am still going to continue with topical and orals listed above just to see if anything changes.

Dating wise, got laid for the first time in a few months with a busty blonde. It was oral sex and although it was mildly traumatic (she was a little too aggressive) it doesn't seem to have caused lasting damage. Sex remains extremely tempting however I think celibacy may be in my best interest as I am seeing again how sex with another partner could very easily lead to more damage.

Psychologically I'm learning that I need to appreciate what I have as my Peyronies Disease has been consistently worsening each month with small additional injuries.
The number one priority for me is to be extremely gentle, it is EXTREMELY easy to cause damage while trying to treat it.
This means keeping traction/VED/ heat on the lowest intensity possible. Additional force does not correlate with better results.

I am also seeing first hand why most urologists have a hopeless outlook for this disease. There are no real effective "treatments".
Some things I could possibly try are iontophoresis and xiaflex however both are either unavailable or discontinued in Canada.

If anyone knows a place in Ontario that provides iontophoresis please lmk.
