Is this Peyronies Disease?

Hi everyone,
I'll introduce myself a little bit!
I've just turned 23, and have a feeling I now have Peyronies Disease, yet I have never once injured my penis in which I know of.

Long story short around January time I noticed I was developing a somewhat flaccid left twist,
I've always had a slight left bend while flaccid and erect , however it seemed to be worsening.

I initially thought it was pelvic floor related, due to excessive amounts of sitting over lockdown, as my pelvic floor was extremely painful.

Fast forward a couple of months and i was receiving pretty painful erections, but only when tensing / flexing my penis.
My curve has developed to around 25 degrees, where before I would have said it was around 15 or 20 degrees.

Now my pain is gone, however I do believe I am now developing plaques.
The left side of my penis is almost completely hard, and I can now feel distinct lumps.

I am on the waiting list to see my local urologist, but have a feeling I know what he's going to say.

The thing that confuses me is sometimes I can feel these easily lumps , and sometimes I cannot feel them as near as much.
I am unsure if this is hard flaccid related too. Sometimes my curve is worse than others which also confuses the matter.

Anyone know have any advice!?
Thanks!

26 years old. 20 degree upward curve with slight clockwise twist. Symptoms onset Dec 20.
Dr. Levine says it's not Peyronie's Disease but a slow healing wound. Saw him Mar 21 and May 21.
Traction (PMP) and supplements per Dr. Levine's recommendation.

Hi uhm,

Unfortunately I don't think I know what to say here, especially as you said you can't think of a specific injury that may have brought this on.  How soon do you see the Urologist?
Age: 43
Large Indentation 3/16/20, lead to Penile Microfracture on 6/26/21.  Still suffering from large indentation, some wasting on other side of penis and large nodule when erect in center of penis (dorsal). Penis is straight & erections are good

I hear you on the strangeness of penis injuries/conditions.  My most recent injury I did not notice anything until the next morning, and it happened the day after I had a checkup with the Urologist.

What's stopping you from seeing the Urologist?  I would try to get in and at least get a better idea what you might be dealing with.  But it does sound like your symptoms seem to be getting better, as you mentioned you now have no pain on general erection.

How bad is the pain when you have the odd erections that give pain?  Scale of 1-10 with 10 bein the highest.  Same for when you kegel, the pain going up the left shaft?

Have you measured the curve to see if it's staying the same or if it's changing?  You might want to get some baseline measurements and also document your pain by day to see if you can notice any patterns that might be causing this or to at least see if it's getting better or worse.

Hi mate!

Thanks for the reply!

Im awaiting referral to a urologist,

No pain last couple of days, just this pesky curve.
Previously no pain on general erection, probably about a 5/10 when kegeling,

Thanks!

Did you ever get to see a urologist? Have you tried doing anything to fix the flaccid left twist?
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray
