Is this Peyronie's pain?

I always had a congenital curve at 20 degrees mid-shaft - after ED end of last year it has started to become a 30 degrees curve to the left since February and stayed that way until today.

I have no pain when erect. However, when flaccid, I sometimes feel a stingy pain in my glans, to be more precise at the urethra/peehole (like 1mm to he left and right as well as below the peehole). It's not severe at all, but feels different. Also, my glans is slightly bigger when it used to be when flaccid.

The pain is a little stronger right after sex. I do not see my partner everyday, but only twice per week - on those occasions we have 2-3 times sex an evening, so I am wondering that it is just some irritation?

I had 3 ultrasounds. 2 doctors found nothing. One doctor found a small plaque (1.8mm) near the septum.

In your view, is this Peyronie's pain for sure or could it be some other kind of pain?

30 degrees bend to the left. Sometimes can't keep firm erections without constant stimulation.
