30 mins of restorex traction. How should I break it down?

According to the study and to Trost, there were similar results for the men wearing the restorex device for 30 mins and those wearing it for 90.

30 mins total is all I can manage at the moment but I'm wondering if this should be broken down into one 15 min session in straight traction and 1 in angled traction?

I couldn't find any info on what was done in the study for the 30 minute wearers and I don't think Trost mentioned it. Any ideas?

I believe I read to always begin with straight traction to pull and stretch the penis, then to do angled.  You've got the right idea with 15 minutes of straight traction, 15 minutes of angled traction (unless I misunderstood).   Without a doubt, whenever you do angled traction, start with straight traction first to loosen and stretch out the tissue.

Most importantly, listen to your body. Your instincts will guide you well. Given that you're going to be using it for months, don't worry about fitting your Restorex usage perfectly to some study.  The product works, it pulls your penis; just make sure your body is responding properly to it.

Yikes,

I think you should follow the treatment plan recommended by RestoreX, so 30 minutes (15 minutes straight, 15 minutes angled) twice daily. The plan is designed to slowly help you get there. https://www.restorex.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/PRM_RestoreX_IFUPeyronies_10.20REVJ_English_2.pdf (see last page)

Also, as Richard has said, it's best to do the straight and angled traction together.

I fully agree with Mauvais. Errr on the side of caution!

I do 30 minutes of straight traction, take a break and do 15 minutes of straight then 15 minutes of bent traction. Do what works for you. Start slow and work yourself up to 60 minutes.
Peyronies happened aroung 2007. Possibly as a result of beta blocker for irregular heartbeat. Left bend near base with hinging and ventral bend. Using RestoreX and VED therapy. 2.5mg tadalafil taken daily at bedtime.

Thanks for the responses guys. I'll follow the 15 straight 15 bent routine working up to 60 mins. Cant imagine going that long but ill get there
