I was trying manual traction some days since getting my injury 3 months ago. Indeed i havent done it more than 30-40 minutes in those days i tried, but every time i noticed the next day my flaccid penis being more bent, my urethral entrance twisting and overall my penis curvature increasing. I tried to follow neo s stretching routine and also i did some trying to figure out myself the best direction i should pull my penis. Unfortunately, curvarure just increased...
What should i do? Continue with the traction further? Should i do it longer? I ve seen many guys seing improvements only after hours of stretching per day.
My urologist recommended me in no case i should pull my penis ( even flaccid) , but he did this without giving me the diagnostic for peyronie, because he couldnt feel any palpable plaque.

I would never reccommend manual traction because the strength cannot be measured. Restorex and PMP for traction can be measured. You need to decide for yourself.  Have you tried either of those devices?  Also are you engaging in rough sexual activity?  Are you currently under a Dr's care?

Unfortunately, there are only a very few small-size studies on traction. Nevertheless, evidence from those studies says it works.  The problem is that there are no complex studies comparing manual traction with mechanical traction or a combination of mechanical and manual traction.  This, however, is my logic.

As Mike said, how many pounds of force are you exerting?  The truth is that you have no idea.  You almost certainly are not even consistent from one time to the next or even from one point in your session to another point in the same session.  All other examples of tissue expansion, whether medical or Ubangi tribes stretching their lips - use mechanical means of tissue expansion and very long periods of traction.  If you cause micro trauma to yourself or even inflame the tissue and then release traction for 12 to 23 hours, it gives your tissue time to start scarring-in without any traction.  That means scarring-in while contracted in a shortened state.

Steady, measurable traction is much less likely to cause trauma.  More importantly, if you cause trauma with mechanical traction and you are using traction 4 - 8 hours a day, then at least any scarring-in is done while stretched under traction.  I have done some manual traction, but only short sessions in between long sessions of mechanical traction.  When using traction, I also tried never to exceed more than 8 hours between sessions.  I would put mechanical traction on the last thing at night and the first thing in the morning.  Usually, I went no more than 6 hours between sessions.

As I said, there is not a single study that suggests that my method results in more success.  There is no proof that my explanation describes what actually happens during manual and mechanical traction.  However, the logic is sound. Until someone comes up with a logical counterargument or clinical evidence to the contrary, you almost have to assume these conclusions are likely to be accurate.

No, i havent tried any of those, because right now i cant afford them... They are very expensive , i mean i must give almost one month salary in my country to be able to buy them.... Plus i think it will last several weeks for them to be delivered.
Im not engaging in rough sex, for almost 4 weeks i am also free of porn and masturabation, dont even masturbate anymore. The only times when i touched my penis was in the shower, when i was trying to flaccid manipulate it in all directions trying to straighten the curve, maybe not such a good idea though.
I am not under a doctor s care, i went to 2 different doctors in april ( just one month after my injury) and both of them said that they cannot feel any plaque, so it s not peyronie yet and they told me to follow the ,,wait and see how it evolves" tactic. One of them said that i must check with him back after 3 months, so there are almost 2 and half months since i ve been.... I am preparing to make my appointment to visit him again.

Let's say i caused more trauma , bending my penis manually.... do you think using a traction device will improve also the curvature caused till now by my own hand when i did traction? Can it be improved?

traction has pretty much kept my penis straight no matter how many scars have appeared. my very first scar is pretty much dissolving and breaking up and i think its largely due to the using the PMP 6-8 hours a day. i'd very much reccomend you try get one of these devices asap!
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

Ye man, but i dont have any plaque underneath... at least i cannot feel any plaque. The things that are causing the bending are the veins, especially the vein on the right which is swollen ( it s like the penis twisted along with the veins, it feels like they are not where they used to be)... I used hirudoid cream and castor oil for my penis, but no improvement unfortunately.

That s real encouraging man. How long after getting your injury did you start traction? Are u still doing it on a daily basis? I see in your description that u used also suplements... Are you curently still using them?

This is what i use alongside my RestoreX: https://totalmanshop.com/products/penis-extender

It's cheaper than a PMP and way more durable. You just have to be *very* careful and crank up tension little by little.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

I've started 4 months after noticing the curvature. I'm still doing a few hours of traction, but less than a few months ago.
I take my supplements every day, do sports and don't think much about Peyronies Disease.

My advice: if you want to start doing traction, start veeery slowly. Don't use much force. You need to understand you won't get better fast. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
Some of us, including myself, get worse after traction therapy.

I prefer VED instead of traction. It's much easier to control, it improves blood circulation...
