Anyone else get a dull ache after traction? Is it normal? It's not painful. But I'm not sure if I should continue traction. For the people that use traction devices for multiple hours are you guys site afterwards? Or just feel completely normal?

Sometimes I have a dull ache but not persistent pain. Now there are times when I have to take it off and massage my pubic bone region under where the base sits.  Then after 2 minutes I put it back on and am good to go another 2 or 3 hours. I can usually wear it for about 3 hours straight. I have a sore feeling about 50 % of the time after takingit off. This does go away after 30 minutes though.
