What is the problem actually?

As most of you know by now each Peyronies Disease case is unique. I'm having a really really hard time accepting my situation while sometimes I'm actually thinking: what is the problem actually? When I read posts on this forum most people here are bothered with the curve. I have a barely noticeable curve but still feel like crap. Think about this most of the day.
I feel a small plaque and the inflammation comes and goes. Hirudoid creme helps with the inflammation and cialis helps with ED.

Think what I really miss are spontaneous erections.. Realize more and more that things probably will never be the same, on the other hand still have some hope. Would traction/VED help in my situation ? To get some "feeling" back?

Anyone else in a similar situation as me?

Since this is the psychology boards and not the traction or VED board, I guess you are asking will they help you deal with how you feel about your penis and life in general?

Improving your penis is outside the scope of this board, but improving your thought process is both possible and a critical part of happiness regardless of our challenges.  Many healthy men in their late 30s and 40 don't get spontaneous erections throughout the day.  I have an implant, so I never get a "spontaneous" erection.  I do get spontaneously horny, however.  I frankly do not miss spontaneous erections.  As much as I like sex, I consider them an annoyance.  How can two people look at the same thing so differently?  The answer is what a lack of spontaneous erections represents to us individually.

Does their absence mean less fun to you?  Does it make you confront the reality that you are maturing to another phase of life or even confronting your own mortality?

Does it suggest you are less of a man or have some perceived less worth?  The why behind missing them will help answer your question.

in my opinion a big thing is the loss of sensation.
I think i am not feeling as much pleasure as i used to, maybe due to erectyle dysfunction. Maybe it's psychological.
That plus uncertainty about the future messes up with you

It's the sense you are not whole. You had something that was perfectly fine and now you don't. For those with severe curve they may look at your situation and wonder why you are complaining. But for you a change from normal is still change.

A completely bald man might question why someone with a slight receding hairline is complaing. But to the man with the receding hairline he is still losing something he had. So it is still devasting to him. They are both I still balding even though one person may be in a more advanced stage.

Just like with Peyronie's. The fear is it may get worse.

Indeed completely agree 20y and kobegianna.

Here it's also about the sensation. The feeling of really being horny and wanting to have sex. That I miss. Knowing that you can have sex any time any place, that I miss.
If the spontaneous erections would have disappeared without anything I don't think I would mind.

I know it's not the place here but could VED help with the above?

it might be psschogenic as well. peyronies doesnt affevt your libido and sex drive and if you get the peyronies under management this might return as well. my libido also plumted with peyronies but there have been moments where it has been restored to normal so as i understand part of the roots must be psychogenic as an organic prpblem doesnt just come and go

i only used ved a couple times, now im busy so im not doing it.
but anyway i found that it helped a great deal with erections, both spontaneous or not.
it is important tho to use it with caution because it's really easy to overpump without feeling much pain at all.
but anyway ved helped me get more fulfilling erections, and this obviously causes more sensation and more libido
i don't know your situation but maybe you should ask a doctor that knows about peyronie before starting. My urologist had me wait for a year after the onset of Peyronies Disease bbefore starting, to avoid reinjuring
