I had an accident during errection 3 years ago. Always believed its Peyronies Disease because i developed curvature and pain, but because i still have pain (which is very unusual), but never during errection and also can feel no plaques, i believe i may have no Peyronies Disease and just fractured my penis. In this case, is there anything i can do at this stage and what would you recommend be my next steps? My priorities (in order):
1. get rid of pain ( its soooo frustrating to have pain for hours if you had sex)
2. lessen curvature (torsion)
3. improve errection quality.

Appreciate any help

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

So you have pain without having sex or just non stop pain all the time?  Have you been to a peyronies specialist and been diagnosed?  Pain is an indicator of something that needs to be checked out.

I usually have the pain almost only, but then with a 99% chance after masturbating or sex. Also if i just stay errected for a couple minutes but dont even touch it. My penis goes flaccid and then the pain starts after a few minutes. Its like something goes wrong when blood leavesthe erectile tissue(going flaccid).
Can you recommend a good specialist near germany?

I've been going through similar for a year a half now. I have a straight erection but flacid pain and sometimes when erect and pain for hours after sex. I'm going down the pelvic floor route. Urologists are clueless and just wanna give me painkillers without finding the cause. But I do now when I'm not stressed and not thinking about my penis etc the pain is less and sometimes no pain for a few days but only when I'm stress free. So I think stress for me plays a role with my pelvic floor.
39 been noticing pain and curvature to the left and maybe a little upwards for around 6 months. Pain is most days now . Taking vitamin e and arginine daily.
