Traction and new plaque

Hi all

i was doing quite well but suddenly had another plaque appear yesterday just below my second one on the left of my shaft. I think i accidentallly bent my penis whilst drying it after a shower last week and in that moment i wondered, will this cause a new scar?

Now what i'm wondering is, is it a smart idea to continue traction, or should i let it rest a bit and see if it will heal by itself, with some light VED? Could it be that traction actually worsens these small micro-traumas (even if im not doing long hours or using a lot of tension)

Remember that these "new" problem areas are going to eventualy heal up. Do you want them healing up and shortening your penis more?  I find that traction, being gentle, helps prevent things from shortening while they heal up.  Now if you are using 1200 grams or more then yes you could possibly do more damage in the long run.  I use gentle traction and I have not lost any more length. I have gained some of it back.

also my very first scar tissue has lost all its hardness and feels like its getting softer and integrated in the rest of the healthy tissue.

what tension do you use?

I use approximately around 500g of tension (setting 2).
