Any problems with RestoreX components failing?

Hi All,

I have a quick question.

How reliable is the RestoreX product regarding failure of components?

I saw some posts (around 2-3 years back) that mentioned about some components failing so the product needed swapping over.

Everyone reported that the company supplying RestoreX provided good support in this respect.

The reason why I ask is because I live in the UK, so it may be difficult to have parts or the product replaced if these fail as the manufacturer doesn't (and won't) supply RestoreX outside of the US.

RestoreX isn't cheap and it will cost a lot of money to pay for replaced components, or to swap the product if it fails, when living outside of the US.

Thanks for your help with this

Hey Jamie. To be fair, I've only read one story here about the device failing on a particular part. The device doesn't look like it is going to break easily tho. I can share pictures of all the angles of the device if you Want.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated

Any other feedback regarding reliability would be welcome

Hi Jamie, I've been using the device for more than 6 weeks now and it seems sturdy. If you follow the instructions, I don't see how it would break. Even if it does, RestoreX has an excellent customer service and I'm sure they would be able to help and provide a replacement device (I've seen this mentioned several times in the forum).

My spring mechanism failed after two weeks. They promptly send another unit and free return label for the old one.

My spring mechanism broke, and Restorex promptly took care of it.
The blue clamp button also broke after almost 2 years, but I think that was my fault for using too much padding. Restorex promptly took care of this as well.
