I think I could have a ruptured suspensory ligament or done damage

What are the symptoms of this? Because my penis is rather unstable but it gets very hard but it is almost like nothing will hold it up. It doesn't seem like typical peyronies to me no plaques have been either. Could it be this? Suspensory legiment. A family friend was shown this picture and she thought legiment problem or muscle problem. She didn't think it was peyronies.

Another reason I say this is I have more torsion than a curve

I have similar condition as yours and this sounds interesting.
Go to a good doctor and tell him this. As you see this forum is sadly not very helpful many times, of course thats because none here has the ultimate knowledge or cure too. Also this case is rare, most here just have upward curvature, plaques are their main concern and they only know and will tell you to VED, traciton and pentox.
Very few happy cases or improvements here with anything other than long traction or surgery. The guys that had a good surgeon are the ones who are the happy here. You and me, i think we both just need surgery. Keep your head up, i am even younger than you, and you are in the states with more good surgeons.
