Inflamed without a curve

I've been on the forum for some months now but never really took the time to post something here.
I'm 37 My story started in july 2020. Inflamed, lowered libido and mild ED. Went to an urologist who absolutely ruled out peyronie. Few months later went to a specialist who immediately said it's peyronie.
I tried everything so far. Acetyl l carnitine, coq10, pentox... also had 3 ESWT sessions.
My symptoms are mostly the inflammation, lowered libido and mild ED. When I write it it sounds so "ok" but its pure hell. Going from a working penis which you really "feel" to this.

Here is where it gets interesting. About 13 years ago I had a phase of +- 2 years which were pure hell also. Libido went away, ED. I now realize this was mild acute phase peyronie. Back then I even visited the forum but didnt want to admit as there was no curvature. During the years I always knew I need to be careful to not hurt it again. It took many many years to be at the phase of "normal" again. There were even mild flare ups which confirms to me that the infammatory reaction in the cells is for life. Knowing this gives me a little up although things are different now and i'm older. I feel like I got a second chance and I totally blew it.

Unfortunately this time its worse then the first time. I clearly see and feel the plaque although the curvature is only in semi erect state. The main issue is a bump, inflammation and since a few months also pain.

The only thing I would really like to know, if manage to get out of this without a curve into the stable phase. Any chance my penis could +- the old? What I miss is the feeling that something is there and the libido this goes together with ED which cialis kind of fixes.
37yo. Started July 2020. Inflammation, pain and ED are the biggest issues. Small but almost unnoticable to left. Currently on Q10, Pentox and Ginko.

Survival guide and just ride out the acute phase. It honestly the wait and see game. I'm not even completely sure what the right thing to do is. I started the surivival protocols and ved and traction. But it's gotten worse. But who knows maybe it's the natural progression? Maybe if I didn't do anything it would get worse quicker? I have no clue. Mine started with pain. No curve or plaques found. Then after couple weeks of first visit with uro I felt plaques and nodules. Then my first dent was formed. Then hour glassing horror. Right now it's been a around 4 months. I have scary hour glassing during flaccid and semi erect. Full erection I have dent and narrowing on the distal 1/3 right under the glans where the hourglassing can be seen during flaccid and semi erect
34 yrs Old, Healthy very active
Possibly injured penis or took too much Cialis
Symptoms starting January-February 2021
First dent seen April 4, 2021, painful erections

I am not sure I understand this.  Peyronies Disease, Erectile Dysfunction has nothing to do with Libido.  I thought I would go nuts because I was horny and unable to do much about it.  I felt like I wanted to castrate myself because I could not satisfy my sex drive.

I am also unsure what "Any chance my penis could +- the old? " means.  If you are asking will your penis go back to the penis you had 20 years ago the answer is not likely.  Neither will your knees, your hair, your back, or your endurance in a wrestling match.  The closest thing to that is an implant.

Do this and you may get more members who are interested in your case. FWIW a libido issue is related to
a combo of other things mainly testosterone and estrogen levels in your blood not to mention cortisol and stress, sleep etc.......
