I've been dealing with pain for 10 years almost, and I got some reilef just taking antidepressants which are well knwon to be effective when it comes to neuropathic pain. In my case, It's been assessed (even though you can not have the "scientific" proof of it) I got some nerves enatangled with the plaque. As soon as I go off meds, pain pops up again..

now it's been two months of everyday pain, so I see mysel forced into starting them again..

What if some in here have neuropathic pain and that's the reason they can't tackle it..

Hi there Jack!
Have you tried ketogenic diet?
There are some articles suggesting that it could help. Here one example:

Hello there, Jack.
No, it's not for the purpose of losing weight.
The ketogenic diet is considered highly anti-inflammatory. This diet was initially designed to be adopted by children with epilepsy, not as a solution to losing weight. It is known to have benefits against many neurological problems, but also to prevent autoimmune diseases. There are many articles showing that it can be a game changer whether you lose weight or not. You should check out NeoV's youtube channel where he explains the reasons in more detail. He claims that he cured his neuropathy by starting a prolonged ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting.
I'm also somewhat lean, but I'm following this diet and getting a lot of benefits without caring about weight loss. I plan to post a full report after completing my first month on it.
I wish you all the best and God bless.

Keto will get rid of your the neuropathy.

Men with Peyronie's do tend to have neuropathy (shown in at least one study), because the disease has clear metabolic origins. I had such severe neuropathy I didn't even recognize my own hands (they were so numb). My dad lost the feeling in his feet as well. I had brain scans, nerve tests, nothing showed up. Then the first day I went without carbs, I noticed my feeling coming back and the pain subsiding. Keto rid me of 99% of the pain.

That said, be aware of TIND (treatment induced neuropahty). It's not a bad thing, but just don't freak out of it starts hurting as your nerves regrow. Fasting and keto will regrow your nerves.

Even ONE piece of bread or sweets will cause my foot to go on fire. It's the same for diabetics, specifically thin guys I know.

Maybe a lot of us have neuropathic pain, who knows.

By the way, agmatine sulfate is a good supplement that helps a lot of people dealing with pain.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7071502/

It also improves NO and blood circulation. And it acts as an anti-depressant too.
I think it's a hell of a supplement for guys dealing with Peyronie.

What helps me with pain is:
1, hot water bath
2, do not eat sugar or greasy food (I checked by eating bills)
3, cialis sometimes works

Does keto diet mean you can eat very low amount of carbs or non at all? None seems very hard to do and may not be healthy?

also neo i'd like to ask, after you finished the diet ( how long did you do it ) could you go back to normal eating then and still have less neuropathy?

Hello jack,
what antidepressant are you taking? The name of it?

I am using Lyrica rn. Not an antidepressant but it's for neuropathic pain. So far, no effect, but i am only at the start of the treatment and at 1/4 of the dose where it will get.

Does the pain come back once you stop keto?

For the guys on anti-depressants - be cautious of ED and loss of NTE - can negatively affect peyronies.
