If you are in the acute stage or having inflammatory pain, I strongly suggest you should try voltaren emulgel which is Diclofenac diethylamine 11.6 mg/g. Voltaren Emulgel contains the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), diclofenac, which works to relieve pain and reduces inflammation (swelling). It has a cooling, moisturising effect with no strong odours.

I used Celebrex 400mg for the past month as per my urologist recommendation and I feel as if it did not help at all. I wish I had found this gel sooner as it immediately brought down my inflammation and could've prevented more scarring.

You can use it 3-4 times a day and apply a thin layer over your penis (not the glans).
