Cialis Question
« on: May 21, 2021, 05:40:34 AM »

I have had Peyronie's now for close to two years.  I have one indentation on the left side of the shaft, near the center, which causes a bend of perhaps 15-20 degrees when erect.  At first, the indentation was confined to my left side of the shaft, but in the past six months I have noticed that it has now spread a little bit around the shaft.  Basically what this means is that when erect, there is an area which does not fill with blood and get hard, so it looks almost like a banana with a rotten spot cut out of it.  Of course I am worried that the soft spot could continue to spread.

I do not actually have a problem getting an erection, I just have the problem with the soft spot, which causes the bend, and it also causes anxiety and some mental anguish because I fear that I will continue to lose erectile functionality completely (although this has not actually happened since I first found I had Peyronie's - it's just a fear).

My urologist has prescribed Cialis, not every day, but 10mg before 2 hours before sex.  He says that it will improve the circulation so that the penis will get harder all around the shaft, even including the soft spot.  My question is, for anyone who has a similar "dent" or "soft spot" in one part of the shaft which causes a bend, have you used Cialis before sex, and if so, did you find that erection was more complete, and most important, did you find that the area with the indentation became more engorged and that you achieved a fuller and stronger erection?

Or, did the Cialis just do it's thing and there was no actual change to the actual shape of the shaft?
Any information will be appreciated, thanks.

When I was able to use Cialis it improved everything for me.  The rigidity and hardnes including the duration of my erection was all improved.  I did not have an indentation though.

Thanks for that - hopefully someone who has an indentation and bend can also put in his two cents.

Hey, just realized one nice thing about this forum is that we never have to say "his or her"  ;D ;D

What you describe is what is referred to as an Hourglass deformity.  The problem it usually creates is an instability where the penis will bend during intercourse.  Not only does that interfere with intercourse but it at least has the potential to exerting trauma to that area as it repeatedly bends.  Hopefully, the Cialis would minimize that whether it did a lot to change the shape or not.

Hi PeyronK,
From your description it sounds like you and I have similar symptoms now (I used to have indentations on both sides, left and right, but the right one seems to have improved a lot and now it is only on the left side that the indentation is really obvious). My urologist prescribed the same thing, 10mg before sex. It definitely does seem to improve overall rigidity for me.

I have hourglass indentations near base of the penis. I don't have problem with getting erection, though at 60 it is not quite as hard as when I was 20. I take 5 mg Cialis every day and add another 10 mg 1-2 h before sex. The extra Cialis definitely helped fill the indents enough to carefully have sex. Since starting this I also have had 3 rounds of Xiaflex and that has helped a lot. I still use the Cialis because it still makes the indentations harder and seems less change of hinging during sex. I would take the Cialis as prescribed before sex if I were you.

59YO, hourglass indent and hinging near base, 30deg bend, 3cmx2cm hard (but not calcified) plaque at dorsal base. No Erectile Dysfunction. 3 rounds Xiaflex decreased indent/hinge/bend, waiting 3 mo to see if I can avoid 4th round fo Xiaflex (lots of bruising/pain)

Thank you to both Davomex and Shane43.  I agree with your findings.
Unfortunately Xiaflex is not available in Japan.

One of the most common ways to get leads is through online surveys. A lot of business organizations offer online surveys to their prospective clients and customers, asking them about their needs, expectations and preferences. This is a great way to get leads because people love to share opinions and they are usually interested about the things that other people are also interested in https://marketbusinessnews.com/no-more-misunderstanding-any-email-deliverability-test-results-knowing-15-basic-terms/262027/. Forums and networking communities are also great ways to generate leads online. There are certain websites where different kinds of forums and networking communities are presented. Business men can create their profile in these networking communities and invite other business persons and marketers to join their business account. If a business man gets lucky and there are a lot of people who are interested in the niche that he is marketing then he may create his own profile in the community, inviting others to join his business account if they are interested.

I would like to follow up on my own string.
I had hesitated to try Cialis just because I am generally an anti-drug guy, but I spoke to a close friend who uses it and got favorable advice.

I've now used it twice and found that, as Davomex said on this post, it improves overall rigidity and staying power.  The indented area seems to fill out a little better under the influence of Cialis, which I suppose is simply because the overall blood flow is improved.  I enjoyed extra rigidity which also leads to confidence - you simply feel a lot younger and stronger.  The first time I took it I did get a very red throat and chest, which is the "flush" side effect sometimes described.  I also had back pain the next day, but I can't verify that it was because of the drug.  The second I used it I had no side effects at all.

By the way, the advice my friend gave me was "I don't NEED Cialis, but I like it.  Your partner will definitely notice your improved performance, but she will probably just think it's because she turns you on.  It makes the time together more relaxing and more fun."  He was right.

By the way, I will stress that I am not a shareholder of Eli Lilly nor in any way do I receive any compensation or benefit from anyone for saying positive things about Cialis.  You should definitely check with your urologist before trying any drug.  Never self-prescribe or self-medicate!
