I've been doing manual traction since January, so around 5 months. I've never had an issue at all with my penis filling while doing traction. Now all of a sudden, my penis has been getting semi-erect during traction. Does anyone have advice on how to avoid this?

Im taking cialis and i try to avoid orgasm, so being very horny constantly i get semi erect while doing manual traction in few seconds, so i rarely do it,
Instead i  use a traction device and even then i get an erection just from putting the gel on my glans and i have to wait it out, but then i get 1-2 hours of traction, ocassionally interrupted by an erection but nothing compared to manual traction

Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

I am in a similar bot. It is one of the reasons I can't do manual traction at all. I prefer RestoreX, even with that I start getting semi erections, then I just wait for a minute or two and then inititiate the spring.
26 year old
45-50 degree downward curve with an indentation on one side when erect.
Using RestoreX and Xiaflex injections
Taking coq10 with daily Cialis 5mg.

@asphyxia interesting. Looks like I'm in a somewhat similar situation. Thanks for the advice.
