I think current treatments focus too much on the flaccid penis

An experiment I would like to try over time would be to treat the erect penis.

It would start with a Fleshlight with a very wide diameter and over time you would decrease diameter as permits and as is comfortable.

Any thoughts of this?

I think you should start reading the forum a bit more, especially the survival guide and the guideline treatments on peyronies. Your post makes no sense at all. Not to mention that fleshlight is nothing but a sex toy.

Your time would be best spent reading medical papers, treatment guidelines and watching youtube videos from respectable doctors on how to treat this condition.

Never manipulate an erect penis. It's dangerous . That's why treatments are in flaccid
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

Indeed. You have a very high risk of getting a penile fracture.

I'm not suggestions forcefully bending it back. I'm saying if you have a smaller curvature I think gradually getting tighter and tighter straight tubes would help it. I know it's a sexy toy but I'm talking about being extremely gradual and only changing tightness if your curvature permits and what is comfortable.

I think what the OP is suggesting would be similar to wearing braces on your teeth.

Except instead of a flexible fleshlight maybe it would work better with the VED pump gradually using a more narrow cylinder as you pump to slowly straighten the curve.
