Was I Wrong About Progression?

I always thought in the majority of Peyronie's cases after it is in the stable phase for many years, it  usually doesn't change. However, I just saw a dent on the side of my shaft that was never there before.  Is it common for this to happen after so many stable years?  Could I have caused this with traction?  Thanks

It's not unusual for a new plaque to form in a patient who is already prone to Peyronie's Disease. It could be that you had a new injury (likely microtrauma) which triggers the process again.
I don't think its likely that traction caused any issues unless it was done incorrectly (overstretching, too much tension, used for abnormally long periods of time without breaks, etc.).

26 years old. 20 degree upward curve with slight clockwise twist. Symptoms onset Dec 20.
Dr. Levine says it's not Peyronie's Disease but a slow healing wound. Saw him Mar 21 and May 21.
Traction (PMP) and supplements per Dr. Levine's recommendation.

Well, Doctor Trost thinks that Peroynes can change anytime  during your lifetime depending of the individual, mine is still progressing after 2 years
