How come most people on heat aren't a proponent of ice or cold therapy in the acute phase? Isn't this all an inflammatory response? So why not ice and anti inflammatory medication? Everyone here pronates reaction and Ved as soon as possible. Isn't that causing more damage and inflammation?

Symptoms starting January-February 2021
