Hi there

recently made a post in the improvement forum where you can see my history with peyronies.

last night, to my disbelief, i noticed another lump on my penis, this time on the opposite side of the first one. this one however is much smaller, softer and harder to feel unless i really go llooking for it. My penis is currently quite straight, and was never bending the other way so i never bothered checking that side for a scar.

is it possible that the scar is quite small and has never caused deformation? if it's a new scar i assume my traction regime will make it grow in a stretched state hence the lack of new curvature (i hope)

any similar experience would be greatly appreciated.
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

You might have just missed this or it is something that is slowly forming.  With peyronies it is very difficult to predict the course of it. I would not deviate from what you are currently doing for your recovery though. Just keep a watchful eye on it and not obsessing too much over it.  I have had another small lump towards my base that either has been there or is slowly forming, it is difficult for me to tell either.
