There were very limited instructions for the penimaster pro. Just a dvd and a brochure, neither of which had info about how much time I should be wearing or how one should increase tension and by how much over time. Is there a good place to get a manual that isn't a silent dvd with little explanation?

Restorex had a time sheet

That was like 10 min 3x per day for a few days
Then 15 min 3x per day

I was hoping for a similar thing does anyone know where to get just the regular instruction manual?

I know that someone just recently uploaded an instruction sheet from Dr Levines office stating something in that regard. I will try and find mine and upload it.....

It basically stated that you should gradually get used to a light tension in the beginning for about an hour a day.  You increase the time by adding on hour each week .  You then work your way up to about 4 to 6 hours in a 24 hour period and even up to 8 if you can. I take a small break from my traction every 2 hours for about 3 - 5 minutes. You increase the tension every 3 - 4 weeks by adding on one of the smallest cylinders - if you can.
