My pain is only when flaccid. Is it a good idea to stretch? It feels like the penis is still very inflammative and sometimes reacts swnsitive to even washing it during shower or just holding it. Maybe someone with flaccid pain and traction experience can speak.

Asphyxia

I have pain only when flaccid and traction helps but only while doing traction, the pain comes back as soon as i stop
Also traction sometimes triggers pain if its too much tension or if my penis goes numb

Lately the pain been getting worse and it seemed more complicated, it didnt ease the pain ,unless the tension was very low i think, and i had to be very careful with the tension
Otherwise it would only aggravate it at times when the pain is strong, but it rarely happens if i pay attention, and i quickly adjust things, so overall traction helps
