Hi all

I managed to straighten my curvature using the PMP over 2 months (more on it on my post in the improvement forum), but now am wondering, what is the best routine going forward?

I don't think my scar has reduce substantially in size (some days it even feels bigger after traction). Is a complete reduction/elimination of the scar tissue necessary if there is no pain/curvature? Should I continue with traction to the same intensity as before (6-8 hours daily) or can I reduce the frequency a bit? i wonder how more experienced members dealt with this!

thanks!
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

your progress is amazing

i would continue for one or two months more and then reevaluate.

perhaps cut a day and do traction 6x/week

Yeah i am taking it a lot easier now already to be honest. went from around 40-50 hours a week to around half of that. but wondering if the presence of a scar/plaque can pose long term problems or if after a bit it can just be another part of a fully functioning dick if that makes sense!

Like you, I spent hundreds of hours in traction. 700+. I managed to reduce my curve from 90 to roughly 60 degrees, which made it more or less usable with pills, and then injections. I do have a large plaque mass which covers 1/2 or more of the dorsal side of my penis. Traction did nothing about the mass, but really helped the curve. IMHO, you should continue to do some traction as a maintenance procedure. You don't want to lose any of what you have worked so hard to gain.
