When I pump I need to push the cylinder against my skin and in the process I feel surrounding skin get sucked in.
It kind of "pops" into the cylinder and when I look I see a large amount of scrotum skin being puffed up inside the cylinder like a balloon.

I try holding the scrotum down but my penis doesn't pump if I don't push it into my body because it doesn't create a seal.

I'm using a fairly snug cylinder with a snug sleeve so I'm not sure what else I can do.

It causes some soreness of my scrotum skin afterwards and I'm sure the popping of the skin is not a good sign.

What can I do to avoid this?
Onset of pain in March 2021
Progressed to loss of girth to dent under the glans left side

Been doing daily heat, traction, pentox, ved, cialis since initial onset of pain

Currently still experiencing pain and dent unchanged

I've had the same problem and realised that my penis wasn't swelling as quickly with each pump, which meant the cylinder was trying to compensate by pulling air in from where it's pushed up against you. So now I take my time, rather than two pumps, I do one, then release, then one again and release, until the penis is warmed up. Although it's not recommended to be erect whilst using a pump, I try to go into the cylinder slightly semi erect/soft but filling a bit. It seems to give me a jump start, and helps the penis keep up with expanding with each pump press. Go slow, build up to around 80% of your erect length, even if it takes a bit longer. When you feel your scrotum area starting to pull, release the pressure. Your penis will catch up eventually.
