i've been using the PMP belt over the last few days and it seems to work really well. I have been tying it around my hip towards the side opposite where my bend/scar tissue is

i wonder, would this have more of an effect than traditional traction? anyone else try this approach?
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

The PMP belt is another way to utilize the system. The traction will vary at times according to walking, sitting, standing etc... Non the less it is still traction though. The rod system gives you a better gauge as to where you are in your treatment.

I find that the belt system gives more traction than the rod system especially when walking and standing. I also find that it is much more tolerable than the rod system and I can wear it up to 8 hours a day. With the rod system I get an uncomfortable ache in my scrotum and have to take it off for 30 minutes, before starting again. Nevertheless on the positive side you do have better control of the tension with the rod system.

i have been bending against the curve with the belt, and in 4 days it almost completely corrected my residual curvature! it seems to be very effective at targeting my plaque (as its on the right side of the shaft, just under the glans). i wonder if this is permanent or temporary

i tried the belt system a couple of times, but i find it difficult to "lock" it. i don't know if the tip of mine is broken (that metal part), but i need to use other stuff to lock it

@markdubby, when you do counter bending, you do it perpendicular to the floor or also do you point it up? in what position you counter bend it?

and with regards to the clip, i find its enough to get the ring in the first groove of the crock clip and then close the rest!

i am pretty sure my clip is broken (probably it came that way, not sure). but i can manage to hold the belt anyhow
i just get the impression that it puts a bit more pressure on the glans in comparison to the rod system. i'll try to combine both approaches and see how it goes
