Help with SomaCorrect Xtra

OK, so I have just started with this and I have been told by the urologist to do a daily session using the biggest cylinder for 2 weeks, getting 20 erections each session. So, tried for the first time today and I'm very worried in case I over pump....when do I stop? Also, the head of my penis seem to have a lot of blood in it as it gets very big, but the shaft isn't anywhere near as thick as a normal erection. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I waited 5 seconds between each set of 3 pumps. All advice is welcomed. Thanks
