Hello guys...... its 3 years since the little accident. I should been since long ago in stable phase. Maybe i  am i dont know. But there is still always this pain. Chronic annoying pain.... worse after using the penis, sometimes stress, bad food. I wonder why it never stops hurting with me. Why are some of sufferers pain free after just a few months and i as a young guy have this for 3 years and it doesnt seem like it will stop anytime soon. I gave my penis a 1 month break now, not touching it. If i dont touch it at all, eat super healthy ther is no pain. If i  eat a little too much sugar, smoke a cigarette or dare to touch it i pay with pain again. It's so frustrating, and i can also not consider surgery if i am still in chronic phase. I think if in 2 years there is still the pain i may end this suffering aswell i mean where is the sense living with penis pain and curvature all life. Not here to cry.... well maybe kinda. But i really want to know, how and when did pain stop for you? What do you think helped it the most. I apply cream, i take pain pills, nothing helps, if the scar wants to hurt, it hurts. I invest millions in worthless supplements, am too afraid to try ved or traction, doc doesnt take me seriously, wont even mention surgery. Serioussy what did i do to deserve this?

Hi there, Orriw!
I can only imagine how much this is being frustrating to you.
Well, I can share my experience and what has helped me with the pain, but this is only my experience and I am still on the acute phase (9 months from onset), very different from your case.

Before all, I assume you've already read the survival guide.

I was having a pretty annoying flare up on february with some worsening on the dents plus some annoying pain. I was also feeling the lumps harder and sorer. But then I've tried both Hirudoid Gel 500mg and Celebrex pills. I still feel it hurt after having sex for a day or two, but on the daily basis I am totally free of any discomfort. I took celebrex twice a day for a whole week. I am still rubbing Hirudoid twice a day for the past month. I can't say which one was the main responsible either. Diet appears not to have a big impact on my pain, so it might be a different condition from yours.

I am by no means prescribing anything, but only sharing my experience.

By the way, you should invest some time filling up your profile history. It would save time explaining the same over and over and improve the replies you receive.
Wish you all the best.
41 yo, married. Onset on 07/20. Flare up on 07/21. Brand new flare up 01/23. Indentations and hourglass. It still hurts sometimes; No erectile dysfunction. Taking Pentox, Cialis, Supplements, trying diets, fasting, VED and manual traction.

Thank you
I tried some hirudoid creame before but not for a long time. I may try that again.
I filled in some profile information.
Who told you to try cerebrex? I havent found much informations about benefits for Peyronies Disease

Do you know a good specialist near Germany? I never get taking seriously its annoying. Told me to just wait or accept it.
There is no accepting.... my Peyronies Disease is not even mild like some here.... some have no pain and some 10 degree curvature and got the nerve to call themselves victims lol..... sorry for being agressive. But my Peyronies Disease case is just messed up. That little idiot is never healing, never stops hurting. I dont smoke barely no alcohol, eat healthy, am not fat, am young, not using it a lot. What the F~@<.

I tried a lot of creams, pills, supplement.
Nothing seems to have any effect. There's only one way, and that is worsening of the condition, if i am to rough, touch it the wrong way or stuff.
Also, being flaccid for a day, not having a single sexual thought at least doesnt provoke the pain. W-T-F.

Don't worry about being aggressive. I know how constant pain can be very annoying. I often   feel pain without any reason also, specially while getting erect. It's very frustrating. I am glad my wife understands!
Sorry, don't know any doctor over there. Even in my country I don't know them, even after trying consulting with 4!! Apparently there are only two known ones in the whole country! Maybe a couple more. But I am sure there are good specialists over there.
I've read about celebrex here, on this forum, on a very old post from 2012. It has helped me
A lot! It ended this latest cycle of pain almost instantaneously. I am also using Hirudoid  gel 500mg twice a day religiously. I just recommend to be careful about any allergy or any skin problem.

Look into "TMS" and dr John sarnos work. See if it applies to you, if it does your solution is there
Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.

- 35 yo, Peyronies Disease with chronic pain, general hourglassing with girth and length loss since 09/01/17.
- Pain almost cured with Hirudoid cream and diet/lifestyle changes (see my topics on this); deformity still here, but partly reduced with traction + VED.
