Guys, has anyone here have this dent due to Prostate or Pelvic Floor problems? This appeared on me after 6 months of suffering from Prostatitis.

https://klasresim.com/i/OcXCs  (It is just a drawing on a paper.)

This dent is on the beginning, under side of the penis. It appears and becomes prominent especially after ejaculations or while i am getting an erection.

You can check it out with your fingers. It feels like those muscle and tissues there are atrophied! I can feel the lack of tissue and ''hardness'' there.

Is this related to nerve and bad bloodflow issues due to Prostate inflammation?

Thanks.

I also have an injury there, and another one above, just before the glans.
I did that injury with jelqing and it damaged my pelvic floor, my prostate, I have many symptoms of that injury.
this was regenerating, I think a slight manual traction helped me, I also went to pelvic floor kinesiology (it improved a lot to the touch), but I still have problems and hardness.
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

My peyronies plaque is there only. That's why I have downward curve. I got it after having finasteride for a week, then I felt pain in prostate for a week and then my peyronies symptoms started, so there is some relationship, I don't think scientists have figured it out all.
26 year old
45-50 degree downward curve with an indentation on one side when erect.
Using RestoreX and Xiaflex injections
Taking coq10 with daily Cialis 5mg.

Injury Nov 2019, bend 15deg, loss of erections, dent and hard-flaccid
VED, cialis 5mg on/off
EQ medium (with pills), no NTE.  Lost 1+ inches length, lots in girth. Some loss of sensation. Considering implant to restore full sexual function

Cooper, if you have a dent on your penis it is related to a scar on your penis.  It has nothing to do with pelvic or prostate issues.  It is a scared tunica.

Also, just for the record, there is no muscle in the penis.

My god, now this is scary. Because i took Accutane and suffer from Post Accutane Syndrome. Please check out Propeciahelp forum. Did you ever take Finasteride or SSRI's, or Accutane?

Btw, my dent is only there when im on the Flaccid state, it goes away when im fully erect! How is yours?

I can feel it when flaccid or when it is hard flaccid. But i also have some other type of scar tissue on erect penis though.

Hawk! Thanks for this. Now im very confused. I have an inflamed prostate due damaged androgen receptors on my Prostate tissue.

This dent goes away while erect. So you said it is ''scared tunica''. How and why this happen? I also developed a slight scar tissue on the middle right side of my penis. I can feel the hard plaque a little when erect. It feels squeezed a bit there.

I also have hourglass flaccid issue time to time. But i think inflamed prostate can cause such problems because i was in a prostatitis forum and few people also mentioned this kind of issues. Prostate is a very vital organ. I think it is all connected.

Bloodflow and nerve damage can cause temporary scar tissue like issues. But i know many people who treated their Post Finasteride Syndrome with hormonal therapies and they say their scar tissues went away within few days. So it seems, in our case it is not an exact peyronie's disease. It is due to prostate issues, i guess.

Please explain to me this scarred tunica issue. Is it 100% reversible? Why and how it happens?

Thanks much.  :'(

So you caused this injury with jelqing? Have you ever tried the bathmate?  I hppe it is fully reversible, did your doctor said anything about it? About why it happens and how to heal it?

Exact same place for me

Can you please give a small history of yourself. Why did this happen, what caused it, and do you have any other issues?

I think lack of bloodflow due to prostate and nerve issues or stressed out Pelvic Floor muscles can cause such issues. It may be just a temporary muscle hardening.. I heard many Hard Flaccid cases, it is very similar to this issue. They experience hourglass flaccid too, especially prostatitis related ones. Do you have any hormonal issues like low T?

Is this a discussion about ED or should I move it to some Peyronies Disease related board?

Oh, i don't know i opened two threads one here and one there. I think it is better to talk from here now since i already have some replies in this thread.

One more thing, many people with our disease say they see nothing on ultrasound, doppler or other tests. They have scar tissue, or similar issues for sure, but they say tests didn't show anything!

It has to show up on scanning tests if one has a scar tissue (peyronie's) right?

I might have to do one too.

First of all, if you read the forum rules, you would know double posting is a violation of forum rules.  It wrecks the forum structure and makes it harder for thousands.

Also, we post topics under a heading that relates to the topic.  This topic has NOTHING to do with Erectile Dysfunction

I will do the extra work of merging this topic with your other topic that is in the right place.  Please take time and give the courtesy of reading the rules.  Either you take your time to read rules, or you take my time to explain and correct your violations - Thank you.

Ups sorry. I was freaking out so i didn't have that time. I will be cautious about the rules now.

So, can you please answer my prior question? Thanks.

honestly if its only present in the flacid state it is likely not peyronies. have you talked to any urologist and done any examation at all? i can see you freaking out and id advice you from my very own experience to calm down and contact a doctor(maybe several of them) and if they think it is peyronies see a specialist for this disease dont waste your time with standard urologists here. they will do palpation and an ultrasound. when you say you have some other kind of scar tissue on the penis, has that been confirmed by an ultrasound or other means? if not what makes you think it is scar tissue?

Cooperr, yeah, I hurt myself from jelqing.
urologists are waste of time and scammers in my experience, I can only recommend pelvic floor kinesiologists, and do gymnastics with your legs and gentle massages.

Tobyg,

We are not even remotely interested in what you think of the world's hundreds of thousands of urologists.  Since you self-mutilated your penis by jelqing, I am sure urologists are equally unimpressed with you, yet we would not let them slur you on this forum.

If you have a specific complaint about a specific incident, then voice it.  Otherwise, keep your prejudices and judgemental attitudes to yourself. They have no place on this forum.  Your post slamming religion was deleted as yet another violation of forum rules promoting or attacking religion.

Yes several urologists checked it on flaccid state and said nothing, they said it is ''fine''. I think this is just a vascular issue due to my Prostate damage as other people mentioned this to me too.

However now my main concern shifted to my scar tissue on the right middle top side on my penis. It is like a quarter circle like plaque there on ERECT penis. I hope i can fully reverse this when i fix my prostate issues and let the proper bloodflow in. Anyone have solwed a minor scar tissue in home methods? Like Bathmate etc.? Inside the pump i see my natural pre- disease size. But outside it is still smaller.

Do you guys think having prostatitis since 16 could have damaged my penile development? I didn't lose my nocturnals or morning woods in the first 2 years of suffering i would say. And from my research and assumptions my penis development will stopped at 17 years of age anyways.

Im thinking, if we think this part of the body as a connected network system, lack of bloodflow and nerve damage could have damaged or halted my penis growth a bit? Because after this disease my penis never filled with enough blood as it is used to be. It was still decent, no Erectile Dysfunction and whatnot. But i think it was lacking some blood. And now it is very clear, i lost an inch in length and maybe 0.75 inch in girth!

However, maybe the cells did their job on my smooth muscle receptors inside the penis, so the tissue is genetically ready to expand maybe? But i do wonder how it can develop without proper bloodflow to fully stretch the tissue? Like stretching more and more develops the penis right? That's why morning wood naturally happens, especially in puberty.
Maybe after i recover, with bathmate i can stretch the tissue back and grow my size?

I am recovering now, so im happy with some hormonal treatments. But i wonder if that prostatitis damaged my last 1 year of penile development due to nerve damage, Nitric Oxide damage and vessel issues...

I also developed variocecels and it seems it is all related to my prostate... That area is so cruical it damages everything like a domino effect, my testiscles even shrank a lot. They were big, now they are darker, smaller, and emptier around....

Any ideas and help?

I actually have the almost all the same symptoms as you: same dent, pelvic floor issues (perineum tightness/burning at times), and an hourglass shape when semi-erect. I'm not sure about this but my theory is the dent is from a damaged corpus spongiosum from years of masturbation as the dent lines up perfectly with where I grip it with my pinky finger. My penis naturally curves upwards about 45 degrees and has been like that ever since I was a kid, but I think masturbating for years in a way that pushes it down and in has caused a downward deformity. When I'm fully erect, my penis curves upward normally but the dent in the corpus spongiosum is still there.

This is pretty interesting to me as well. I have exactly the same issue.

The best way to describe the way it feels would be a plastic straw that snapped. Not noticeable erect.

Recently, after about 8 months i noticed some hard tissue and narrowing in a half circumference around the base.

All these issues almost completely disappear when I do cold baths + sauna combo, work out a lot, or receive oral sex.

Tried pentox for a while, but personally - and I only speak for myself - it got far far worse. I went to the urologist due to pain and random sensations in the penis - wasn't even sure it was peyronies then. I could barely feel the dent at first, then dent increased in size and another appeared further along the penis, midway up the shaft. When i stopped taking it, the new dent disappeared almost immediately. The main dent improved. Kinda wish I'd never taken it at all, but I understand it's effective for most people.

Used to think it was just going to go away - but not sure anymore.

Anyway, for people with this type of dent, please chime in and let me know your progress and suggestions... I see it's been a while since the original post.
