strange situation

i am 23 years old from france so sorry if my english is not that good
i am in a situation that i really don't know what to do or what even to think, 4 months ago i had drinks with my friends and met a girl i used to know and ended up taking viagra for the first time that night all was okay no injury or pain or nothing that night , but after 15 days i noticed a slight curve to the left in my penis and less visible when erect i just freaked out and did rush to the clinic i explained the problem then an urologist received me asked me bunch of question did an examination by hand and told me that he didn't notice anything but told me that we will make an ultrasound next week just to be sure , in the next week i did and as they said the doctor had huge experience with patients with that disease , so it was like 20 min but i didnt get any injection to the penis he did the ultra sound with normal state of the penis so after that he showed me that he didnt find any plaque and didnt notice anything wrong [ i can add the images of the ultrasound if needed] so after that he told me just to not take viagra anymore and just give it a rest for 15 days which i did .
now after 4 months nothing has changed still have that curve no pain just little discomfort in the first and second month so i really dont know what i should do or think
if someone can help me with some informations it would be very cool
the questions i have are :
can ultrasound detect the plaque even after 15 days days of  noticing the curve?
is it normal to take an utlrasound without the injection and be reliable ?
and last should i go see another urologist?

Plaque is only seen in a flaccid penis about 1/3 of the time and probably less when an injury is only a couple of weeks old.

PS: Why would you take Viagra if you have normal erectile functioning?
