How quick is onset of Peyronie’s
« on: April 15, 2021, 11:15:12 AM »

I have seen people on here with aggressive curves I am wondering how quick was the curvature formed? Or was it gradual? Did anyone just wake up with like. 45 degrees curve or was it a slow progression?

Before my curve I had severe pain and I could feel the scar tissue forming in the general area.  This time frame for me lasted about 7 months. Then I noticed a gradual pulling and tightness of the end of my penis as it was pulled upwards  in a dorsal curve.  The pain at that time though was only during an erection.

I have read other members with different experiences to where it showed up almost overnight. I am not sure about curves related to sudden fractures/injuries though.

Were you doing any traction or treatments during that time?

It came on pretty quickly... like just one day I noticed the curve because penetration was tough.  But I noticed through photographs that the curve slowly got worse and worse... like it started at 30 degrees and over a year got up to 65 or 70!

I had actually started the treatment about 2 weeks before the curve began and I believe that the traction
was actually slowing things down. I was still in pain doing the traction, but it wasn't severe. I kept the tension very light .

Kobe,
it was fast for me! Less than 48 hours. It simply did it all by itself. I didn't do anything I had not done before. Then, boom! It was bad and very disconcerting.

I woke up with a 30 degree bend. It literally appeared overnight. Over the next 8 months. It progressed to 45 degrees. Now it's back down to 30 degrees. On a good day it can be 20 degrees. That's down to traction.

I unknowingly had symptons (erectile dysfunction when masturbating and a curve) i just carried on with life, masturbating daily with 80% erection max and i just put my curviture down to that, i always thought i, unfit thats why i cant get an erection and just started running for about 9 months on and off with not much improvement or worsening. I never knew what peyronies was at this point. I didnt seek help or anything but i had a cord like vein round the top of my shaft under the head and i googled it and went down a rabbit hole leading to peyronies. Since then my anxiety is really bad and im checking my penis thinking its bending to the left and scared to get an erection. This was only in the last 5 days. I dont know if my penis is bending left because ive never really noticed or felt the need to check. But ever since i discovered this disease i feel like i have it or my minds playing tricks on me. My pelvic floor is hurting constantly since i discovered this disease. Ive spoken to some one on this forum privately who is a big help and encouraging me to buy supplements and change diet. As anyone else had this sudden anxiety and feels they might or might not have it.
