What's is the difference between jelqing and traction. Don't most people get Peyronie's or other penile issues because they injured themselves through jelqing? But yet we are supposed to do traction and stretching to cure Peyronie's? Are t they the same thing?
34 yrs Old, Healthy very active
Possibly injured penis or took too much Cialis
Symptoms starting January-February 2021
First dent seen April 4, 2021, painful erections

Jelqing is intense stroking/stretching when erect. The erectile tissue is very different when flaccid than when erect.
Traction is the manipulation/stretching of the flaccid penis.
Very different.  
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

How does one do traction. I get hard or semi hard after hold for 30 seco ds
