Has anyone tried preparation H for swollen veins/ lymph nodes on penis? I was wonderinn if this might be a good idea to try. I have a vein that wraps around part of my penis that hurts and I know it helps fix hemroids

official diagnosed peyronies w/pain
Pentox, restorex, l-arginine, cq10, NSAID, tramadol(as needed)
Gf is supportive
