Hello
Can somebody help me
I don't know if i had a penile fracture or not, or peyronies , can somebody who had tell me more about this

I had an incident a couple of years ago (7-8), I pulled on the penis while errect, if i remember right my errection went to about 50% right after. I think i had some pain but not unbearable or excrutiang pain, but i am sure my penis didnt't become purple or changed it's color and I can't recall too much swelling. I can't remember exactly beacause it was a long time ago. Again i don't know if this caused a penile fracture or not

I have like 2 rubber bands around the shaft under the skin that don't move when i move the skin, i dont know if they are veins or not or something else, my penis isn't curving but some time ago i noticed some hourglassing while the penis was becoming errect, right now i didn't notice any

I have some Erectile Dysfunction I dont't know if it's caused by this or because of too much porn and masturbation

Any response is greatly appreciated
Thank you

You're asking in an internet forum for help, but why don't you visit a doctor?

Fuethermore you gave not much informations about you and your condition. It's very difficult to give you an answer without knowing details. You say "hourglassing" and "ED", but how can you know, if it's really "hourglassing" and "ED"?

First i wanna say i dont think i have any curvature

But i find it difficult to get and/or maintain an errection and my glans doesnt fully engorge, it is somewhat soft or half errect if you will
And secondly I have something that resemble rubber bands on my shaft , ribs , ridges, tyger stripes  however you want to call them and it's freaking me out

Hourglassing occurs when i am relaxed and an errection is occuring (semi errect) or when i pee or during bowel movements

I visited doctors but they told me it's psychological like always, they did palpation, visual examination.

The "rubber bands" are not typical for Peyronies Disease, but plaques are. I don't know, if you masturbate too often or in an unhealthy way, but I guess, you should give your penis time without masturbating and having sex.
"Hourglassing" is caused by plaques, which make it more difficult to the blood to fill out the cavernous bodies completely. Therefor you need an erection to see that. A flaccid or "semi-erected" penis isn't the same, because the cavernous bodies aren't filled completely with blood and I would say it's individual, how every men's penis performs in this process from flaccid to erection.

Erectile Dysfunction is often only psychological, especially when you think about maybe having a disease like Peyronies Disease.

Yes thanks for the response, but thats why i am worried, if those "ribs" are plaque or scar, they are not superficial like on the skin they are under the skin and don't move when i move the skin

Does anybody have something simillar ?
Thanks

Yes, I know the spongy chord you are referring too. I have it on one side too, doctor said that in itself is not peyronies plaque. I have peyronies but it's but that is close to the chord... it is not the chord itself.
