I just went to see a french urologist (100$ extra charge...), and he told me that it's not peyronie's, that's it won't get any worse than that.
To sum up my story, I got a hit on the penis in erection, and since then my penis is bent (low bent upwards, of 10 degrees angle), I have fibrosis on the penis (confirmed by urologist who touched it) and a small permanent pain (burning/tingling sensation). It was checked that there wasn't a unirary infection (urine tested).
He told me I got lucky, that it won't progress any further and told me to rest my penis for a month. He was reluctant to read the pentox studies I brought from the survival guide ("they are not of good quality"). But I finally got a pentox prescription for 3 months (I already started the usual supplements).

Is there a minimum angle for peronie's disease? I'm really scared it's really peronies and that it will progress... Thanks for your advices!

so what is the difference between fibrosis causing a curve and peyronies disease? because there is peyronies where is does not progress any further from the start?

But the symptoms and attempts of treatments are the same ... and I'm still not sure that it won't progress or not. I will monitor it closely...

Getting hit on your erect penis has more to do with Penile fractures than with Peyronies. But fractures wether small or big can cause peyronies. But doesn't mean they will. Mine did not. I had pain for almost two months... gained some very minor curvature and lost a big of length... like 1 cm, but then it healed and it stopped.

ty pfract for your input, I didn't have any pain during the injury, It's only when I noticed the curvature that I saw something was wrong. I have now a tingling/burning permanent sensation (small pain) that I didn't pay attention to before. It seems to diminish over time (good sign).
The curvature at discovery (2 days after hit) was much bigger than now (10 days later). So you reassure me that it can be only a fracture and that it won't progress in peyronie's
I will continue the usual supplements and monitor the curvature closely.

Could be an injury, but docs are quick to dismiss peyronies when scar tissue (fibrosis) could be diagnosed as peyronies, but many only look for a bent. In my case I have no bend at all. But I did get worse from a jelqing injury YEARS after and still progressing. I feel an implant would have saved me a loy of size if docs noticed it earlier. Now I am still fighting to finally make em realize I need an implant before I end up completely impotent and too small to do anything. What I'm saying is be persistant if it gets worse you gotta make sure your doc knows. They assured me I wouldnt get worse the firsy time I went. That is like 7 years ago noe and I still get worse over time.

thanks for your inputs. Well now I have a urethral constant pain... I believe that the urethra has been damaged during the penis fracture (not seriously though). Going back to urologist in one month. Wish me luck. hoping peyronie's won't kick in after...

Well I just received the letter from my urologist stating that the fibrosis will never go away and that it will progress if I don't use pentox ... so IT IS LAPEYRONIES contrary to what he told me! FFS.
I only got pentox prescription (not reimbursed here... great), and it's out of stock in pharmacy since a week! I will go to my doctor to get cialis ...
I'm depressed now that I have confirmation... and contrary to what he wrote I also have a urethral hemmoragy (and because of covid, I doubt that I will be able to get the medical exam I need to solve this pain...).

update on my situation
I got pentox (out of stock everywhere in France... I have only one month of treatment now) that give me some chills and dizziness in the first days (seems ok now).
I went to see an other urologist to get a second opinion. I have a pain on the urethra FYI now, like a permanent burning sensation (not sure how it appeared, but I didn't have it on the first weeks after the hit on the penis). He told me that it could be peyronies that irradiates, or it could be a damage on the urethra (I had a hit on the erect penis FYI). I will do a urethra exam in a few weeks.
Concerning peyronies, he told me the same as the previous urologist (but with much more details) : He can't tell yet if it's peyronie's and if it's peyronie's there's a 6 months to 16 months pain, and he will do nothing about it until the penetration is not satisfactory anymore. Same opinion about the pentox : the studies are not reliable.
So now I'm still lost... praying it's not peyronies.

-> For those who had pain on first stage of peyronie's, where was located the pain? on the fibrosis? on the urethra? Was it a burning sensation?  Thanks for your help! i couldn't find the information.

Well, I just took pictures and I can see a MASSIVE change of shape!! After 1-2 months, the penis curvature went from 20 to 30 degrees!!
Now that's clear... I have peyronies
And that despite pentox and supplements...

If possible, see a good sexual health urologist ASAP and get an ultrasound and get his advice. The general urologist are clueless when it comes to stuff like this.

Thanks for the advice, but I don't have a specialized urologist nearby.
I'm very lucky... I made a uretral exam and I got infected by ... 2 bacterias in the process.
Good news, the hyperthermia method (rice sock) seems to stop the pain (so it stops the growth of the plaque).

With my luck, the medication that I received to treat the bacterias (reminder: during uretral exam, got infected by 2 resistant bacteries) attacked my muscles tendons and I'm still recovering since...
Well, thanks to the advices of the forum (and the photos I took at first) I noticed that lapeyronie's progressed futher (despite the absence of pain)... and that the angle is higher now.

Your case is just like mine, I got hit on my penis, it developed into a small dent, then I started to take Pentox and all the other supplements plus Traction. Is been over 2 years since my trauma and now my penis is thinner and unstable when is semi hard, the dentation became a weak area.
