Hello,

I'm new here so and still learning the forum so apologies if this is not the right place. I am a 30 year old male with hourglass peyroines. It has gotten progressively worse over the last 7 years or so from not bothersome at all to quite bothersome. When I take max dose cialis/ vigra I can still achieve an erection sufficient for sex and sometimes satisfactory. However, the majority of the time I feel like I'm only getting 70-80% erect and due to a softer tip distal to the plaque a 70-80% orgasm because it is less firm and thus gets less friction.

I've tried traction therapy, prp injections, ESWT and pumps & the results were not satisfactory. I'm really tired of dealing with it. Is it a bad move to get an IPP as a single 30 year old man? Or will it help me regain my sexual confidence?
33 years old, symptoms started early 20's but never really bothered me until the last two years
Trimix worked well but caused more scarring.
