The doc didn't have to stretch my penis or do anything else to confirm if I have a plaque, the fibrosis is noticeable when flaccid. He told me to wait for the pain to go away and to take Tadalafil for as long as it works for me. Is It true there's nothing more I can do but wait? My anxiety goes up to the roof just thinking about it. I have another appointment with a different urologist for next week I think I'll cancel it because I'm afraid he would tell me the same thing "Take this and come back when you don't feel pain". My penis bend to the right when is semi erect.

I'm 31 years old I injuried my penis having sex it's been 8 months of hell and pain.  I've been taking Cialis and L-arginine since day one.

Listen bro. F*ck the urologist, ok? I understand you're freaked out but there is no need.
The vast majority of urologists have NO IDEA how to treat Peyronie's and all they have done is to read the Wikipedia Page. You can find great info on both Google (studies on different treatments) as well as on this forum. But most importantly, listen to yourself & try to keep stress down.
You'll definitely win this battle. Seems like your case is much milder than mine for example. You're blessed.

Colchicine has no anecdotal evidence, but if I were you I'd urge one of your urologists to prescribe you Pentox as well.
Show him all the different governmental studies made on Pentox for Peyronie's Disease & perhaps he will change his mind. It's horrible that they won't prescribe you things because of their one arrogance and scarcity of "losing their job" for prescribing something that isn't proven to work for this condition.

Is your penis warm to the touch, as well? Or how does it feel? Erect pain? Flaccid pain? Both?
Please explain so we can help you better.
If you don't have a bend when fully erect, that's a GREAT sign.
Stay strong bro. We're here for you.

My penis feels cold to the touch, I feel pain flaccid and erect, I started to apply heat this week, I don't know if that's a good idea. I also thought to use a Vacuum device when I feel much better

Sanare,  I see that this is your 6th post and I am suggesting that you read the survival guide ---> https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . It will answer some more of your questions and put your mind at ease. I had to do a search and see that you registered about a year ago. I then had to read each post to find out exactly what happened and what treatment. If you would please fill out your profile and signature line you may get more responses from other members. It is very time consuming and frustrating when members don't do this.

Heat does help but read some articles about it - use a rice sock. Getting a VED also does help - read the section on VED ---> https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,38.0.html .   :)  Mike

Thanks Mike, I never thought about filling out my profile, I'll do that and I can't wait for the pain to reduce so I can get a VED. 👍
