What's the deal with all these studies made on supplements like COQ10 and L-Cartinine etc?
They describe massive changes in plaque size and curvature when I know not a single person here has had success with those useless supplements.
Has anyone seen success with such simplicity? Seems highly unreasonable to me.

I haven't had changes in anything for the better since this bs started.
Stronger erections caused by Cialis and Arginine, sure. Anything else? Definitely not.
I was naive enough to believe Pentox, Cialis and Arginine would stop progression but I was very wrong.
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

When I was on Cialis and Pentoxi it actually halted the disease in it's tracks. It was shortly thereafter I had SNHL and was taken off of all meds. The disease then started up again with a vengeance with curvature and a new nodule. I can subjectively say that those 2 meds were helping things. I regret that I can't take them anymore.  :) Mike

Thanks for the answer man. Perhaps mine is too aggressive or something.
Major life changes is needed for me to battle my case, it feels like.
However, Hirudoid & Diclofenac has helped with inflammation, but only temporarily.

I have always taken CoQ10 for hypertension and have been taking ALCAR also. I struggle with arthritis so I know my body has inflammation. The supplements I do take help me in regard to that. My acute stage has been very mild lately possibly because  I am in my 12th month of this and things are slowing down.

I've spent quite a good money on supplements, but haven't seen significant benefits after start using them nor new problems while stopping taking them. But I do believe Pentox and Cialis are a whole different thing. When I started taking pentox, it kinda of halted the progression of the disease at that point. I have been taking religiously,3x day, for the past 6 months or so. Daily cialis also helped me as well, taking half a pill every night. I wont stop taking them until I am pretty sure I am far away from the acute phase. I might buy one last round of carnitine, but only because is not very expensive. No more Coq10. At least not full dose.

The study you posted on another topic shows the benefits of Pentox, Cialis, Diclofenac and a couple of other supplements in contrast to not doing nothing. Even though they might not be an official cure, it appears that they help a lot against just waiting and take only E vitamin as most urologist says. Huge mistake!!
We can't tell what could've happened if we didn't take the meds. We could be a lot worst. Probably we would. At least statistically, as the experiment on the study indicates.

Celebrex was my magic pill against the pain. It stopped all of it in about 4 days. I am extremely happy with the results. Unfortunately, as most nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, it is not supposed to be taken for a longer period due to nasty cumulative side effects. But I have a spare box with me in case the pain starts again.

Mostly for price and lack of faith on the benefits.
I was already taking pentox and cialis (both VERY effective to me) when I started with Coq10 and carnitine. Haven't seen any difference whatsoever after start taking them both. At one point I emptied the bottles and it took me some time before replacing them. Nothing changed during this time of absence also. But hey, who knows? I am speaking only for myself.
I just don't think they are that effective with me.

But I might keep them a little more, but not with much hope. Besides, Coq10 is very expensive at the recommended dosage. At least Carnitine is less expensive.
