Hi all,

I've decided I want to add VED to the mix. I'm having a difficult time discerning what the definite VED is that I should get though.

While I've seen SOMAcorrect mentioned here, the only 3 cylinder model I see in the states is the SOMAerect: https://augustams.com/product/somaerectstf/

Is this what I should be looking at?

I do not have curvature, yet anyway. I have indentations and hourglassing at the base. Is the 3 cylinder system (and protocol) still appropriate for my situation?

Thanks,
Dorian

Noticed less morning, and less strong, erections 2020
Noticed dents/groove/hourglassing/hinge near base 2021.
Urologist had me start Pentox, Vit E, Cialis, RestoreX.
I also started VED and all supplements in the guide.

This may help you the sizes of the Soma cylinders,

Standard - "A" Diameter = 37 mm. Girth = 116mm (4.5inch)
Medium - "B" Diameter = 44 mm. Girth = 138mm (5.3 inch)
Large - "C" Diameter = 56 mm. Girth = 176mm (7 inch)
XL Extra Large Diameter = 63 mm. Girth = 198mm (7.8inch)
XLL Extra Large Long ( 275 mm long) Diameter = 63 mm,  Girth = 198mm (7.8inch)

All 8 inches long
XLL 10 inches long.

I think they do a 12inch long cylinder but on special order

Hey guys,

I just spoke to a rep at Augusta Medical. He was very nice and helpful. It was his thoughts that since I am not trying to correct a curve, but rather indentations and hourglassing, that the 3 cylinder SOMAerectStf system may not be as beneficial to me. He said the narrower cylinders force the penis straight to address curving and since that's not what I'm trying to achieve at the moment, he thought the single cylinder Soma Therapy device would be apt for my situation.

Thoughts on that?

And also, is there any reason VED would not be appropriate for my hourglassing at the base, half inch or so from my body?

Thanks,
Dorian

Thanks for this. I am using the PMP, but I am considering going for a vacuum pump as well.

I take it, that let's say your max. girth is 60-65 mm in diameter, then you will need to buy the package which includes the XL, right? But should you still use cilinder A and B, or are they essentially useless?

irritation. Soon after, curvature. Now 30 degrees upward.
Can not feel scar tissue. No pain during erection. No ED. Irritation and some pain when flaccid.

SOMA is good except the pump is not very long lasting. My pump broke after 5 months of use, the button that releases pressure broke! So angry!  >:( I have used the pump really carefully, it has received no damage what so ever and it still broke so soon. I have my suspicions that it's built to last about six months, so be ready to purchase a new one often.

I have had 2 Soma pumps fail in 3.5 years, but in uk they give a 5 year warrantee and have replaced both free of charge.
